Supports Munich office operations and an upcoming relocation, including contractor and supplier coordination, deliveries, furniture assembly, cleanliness, safety compliance, and management of two locations. Serves as an on-site employee contact and contributes creative ideas for internal events, community activities, workplace engagement, and communications. The role is part-time, requires regular on-site presence, and involves coordinating post-move reinstatement and maintenance work.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable integrations and AI-driven workflows across cloud, SaaS, and internal systems. Build GitLab CI/CD pipelines, provision AWS infrastructure with Terraform, develop automation and middleware (Node.js/Python), manage MCP Node.js servers, and integrate ML/LLM services into data pipelines. Collaborate across teams, ensure secure, well-documented integrations, and participate in code reviews and performance tuning.

The Product Manager will own the product lifecycle, drive customer migrations, define KPIs, manage roadmaps, and support migration to a new platform while ensuring compliance and collaboration with various teams.
