The Product Manager will own the product lifecycle, drive customer migrations, define KPIs, manage roadmaps, and support migration to a new platform while ensuring compliance and collaboration with various teams.

Supports complex B2B SaaS sales across the full sales cycle, including qualification, discovery, solution demonstrations, regulatory value narratives, business-case development, and opportunity follow-up. Partners with Account Executives and technical, product, and marketing teams to address client challenges across industries such as financial services, healthcare, mobility, telecommunications, and marketplaces. Requires French and professional English fluency, CRM proficiency, and knowledge of sales methodologies.

Lead technical discovery, solution architecture, proof-of-concept engagements, API and SDK integrations, troubleshooting, and client go-live activities. Partner with Sales on proposals and technical evaluations while serving as a trusted advisor to business and engineering stakeholders. Own the technical journey from initial discovery through production, communicate trade-offs, manage integration projects, and feed client insights back to Product and Sales.
