Develop and sustain manufacturing test strategies, fixtures, software, and infrastructure for boards, modules, and systems. Collaborate with hardware design, quality, manufacturing, IT, and global factory teams to support new product introduction, resolve production issues, improve test yields, reduce test time and costs, and enhance data collection and reporting. Develop test software using LabVIEW, TestStand, and Python.

Quality Engineer responsible for product and process quality across design, NPI, manufacturing, field use, and end-of-life. Develops quality plans, FMEAs, control plans, and inspection reports; performs statistical analysis; leads 8D root-cause and corrective-action investigations; supports MRB decisions, audits, engineering changes, supplier quality, ISO/AS9100 compliance, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, customer support, and contract manufacturers.

Develop and test FPGA firmware for satellite communication modems, implementing DSP algorithms, high-performance data paths, SoC solutions, embedded processors, memory, serial, and Ethernet interfaces. Responsibilities include design reviews, code reviews, lab debugging, automated testing, system integration, troubleshooting, and collaboration with hardware and software teams. The role requires expertise in digital logic design, fixed-point DSP, modem technologies, RF and digital hardware, embedded Linux, and digital communications.
