Manage ID projects, stakeholder engagement, LMS integration, eLearning standards (SCORM/AICC/xAPI), and apply adult learning theory, Design Thinking, Agile methods, and AI tools to create blended and virtual training for global employees.

Lead global warehousing and logistics sourcing with emphasis on small parcel operations. Develop and execute category and supplier strategies, drive cost savings and supplier rationalization, manage sourcing projects, mentor cross-functional teams, and improve procurement processes to support global operations and margin expansion.

Design and execute experiments to develop, characterize, and validate molecular biology reagents (PCR, oligos, plasmids, enzymes). Analyze data, troubleshoot, document results, and support scale-up, technology transfer, and manufacturing collaboration while ensuring regulatory and safety compliance.
