Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) GED instruction and test preparation for 18-25 year-olds, develop lesson plans, tutor individuals and groups, assess readiness, track progress, enter data in ETO, coordinate referrals, mentor students, collaborate with case managers and mental health staff, and prepare reports to support program outcomes and compliance.

Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) GED instruction and test preparation to young adults (18-25). Develop lesson plans, tutor individuals and groups, assess readiness, track attendance and outcomes, enter data into ETO, coordinate referrals, mentor students, and collaborate with case management and mental health staff to support transitions to education, training, or employment.

Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensure compliance with multi-state tax and wage laws, maintain payroll systems and records, reconcile W-2s and tax filings, prepare payroll journal entries, support audits, train employees, and liaise with HR and vendors.

Provide outreach, engagement, and wrap-around case management for at-risk youth (ages 10-25) across Upcounty sites. Conduct intakes, assessments, individualized service plans, referrals, mentoring, crisis response, community activities, partner coordination, recordkeeping, and drive a 14-passenger minibus. Support program goals and maintain confidentiality and program documentation.

Manage grant accounting and billing lifecycle: prepare grant invoices, reconcile billed vs. unbilled expenses, record payments, post journal entries, maintain GL and AR, support month/year-end close, ensure compliance with grant terms, and assist with audits and grant closeouts.
