Part-time Case Manager supporting at least 30 bilingual families in Montgomery County. Responsibilities include outreach, enrollment, needs assessments, social-service referrals, Family Wellness Plans, database documentation, parent sessions, attendance interventions, community resource coordination, and communication with school staff. The role requires culturally responsive engagement with Latino families, collaboration with program staff, participation in trainings and events, and occasional evening or weekend availability. The position is primarily in person and may involve confidential client information and crisis response.

Manages year-round payroll processing, including compensation, deductions, taxes, garnishments, retirement contributions, timecards, and employee updates. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll requirements; reconciles tax filings and W-2 data; prepares payroll journal entries and reports; supports audits; troubleshoots payroll systems; and trains employees. Collaborates with HR, accounting, vendors, and granting agencies while maintaining payroll records and supporting month-end, year-end, and financial reporting activities.

Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) GED instruction and test preparation to young adults (18-25). Develop lesson plans, tutor individuals and groups, assess readiness, track attendance and outcomes, enter data into ETO, coordinate referrals, mentor students, and collaborate with case management and mental health staff to support transitions to education, training, or employment.
