Manage full enterprise sales cycle for nonprofit-focused Salesforce solutions: identify and nurture large opportunities, collaborate with Salesforce partners, negotiate SOWs/contracts, transition deals to delivery, mentor junior sellers, meet KPI targets, and represent the company at industry events.

Manage and drive adoption of the company tech stack: monitor releases, maintain data governance and equipment inventory in Salesforce, coordinate third-party IT/vendor relationships, provide troubleshooting and training, lead AI adoption and Anthropic expertise initiatives, and support security and procurement processes.

Contract Salesforce Developer to design and build nonprofit-focused solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Flows, LWC and Visualforce; build integrations, migrate CRM data, maintain reusable code, document user/admin processes, and advise clients and staff on development best practices.

The Solution Architect will lead Salesforce implementation projects, translating client requirements into solutions, guiding architecture, conducting user testing, and ensuring project quality.
