Oversees daily CNC operations, production workflows, machine setup, and machining activities. Serves as the primary technical resource for CNC operators, troubleshooting tooling, programming, and machining issues. Trains and mentors employees, adjusts feeds, speeds, tools, and machine controls, interprets precision drawings, performs measurements, enforces safety and 5S standards, supports maintenance, and collaborates with plant leadership to reduce scrap and achieve production targets.

Manages global OEM sales support from quoting through completion of sales terms. Coordinates cross-functional projects, pricing, budgets, customer inquiries, engineering requests, change processes, reporting, credits, and chargebacks. Leads sales administration staff, oversees training and development, maintains customer relationships, and ensures compliance with quality, environmental, and company requirements. Supports consistent global pricing and process improvement across international operations.

Participate in a 12–24-month rotational sales development program covering customer service, quoting, inside sales, product support, and field sales exposure. Learn industrial products and markets, manage quotations and pricing, support lead generation, analyze sales trends, deliver presentations, and assist regional sales managers. The program is designed to develop candidates into Regional Sales Managers responsible for territories and customer accounts.

Develops and validates clamping solutions for automotive, heavy-duty, and industrial OEM applications. Responsibilities include product development through APQP, customer technical support, validation testing, test-method development, DFMEA/PFMEA, PPAP, supplier and purchasing support, project management, and engineering process improvement. The role requires hands-on laboratory and manufacturing DOE participation, technical documentation, cross-functional leadership, and compliance with quality and environmental systems.

Design, sustain, and develop flow-control products and manufacturing equipment. Support continuous improvement, create and revise drawings and procedures, perform failure analyses, provide technical support to cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and industry standards.

Lead financial operations for the Support Systems Division across multiple plant locations. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cost accounting, treasury, payroll processing, internal controls, audits, inventory and acquisition diligence. Provide analysis to drive profitability, mentor finance teams, implement process improvements and support system implementations. Responsible for monthly divisional financial statements and SOX/audit compliance.

Manage end-to-end multi-state (and potential global) payroll operations ensuring accurate, timely processing, compliance with tax and wage laws, payroll system administration (ADP), reconciliations with GL, reporting, audits, and leading continuous improvement and staff development.

Serve as site HR lead providing full-cycle HR support: recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, discipline/terminations, payroll execution, legal compliance (US/CA), change management, and partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals.

Manage U.S. and Europe credit, collections, and cash application operations; set and review customer credit limits; approve/decline credit applications; monitor receivables, bad debt, and write-offs; lead credit team; partner with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance; maintain KPI reporting and databases; drive process improvements and ensure compliance.
