Teams at IDEAL HOSPITALITY INVESTMENTS INC

Leads hotel sales efforts by developing new accounts, conducting prospecting and outside sales calls, managing group sales, responding to RFPs, and maximizing revenue. Partners with general and revenue managers on sales strategy, participates in revenue and pre-convention meetings, maintains market knowledge, supports guest service, and oversees sales documentation. Requires flexibility for travel, holidays, weekends, and manager-on-duty responsibilities.

Maintains hotel public areas, restrooms, hallways, elevators, and supplies while supporting housekeeping operations. Assists guests, reports maintenance and safety concerns, performs minor maintenance tasks, and contributes to a clean, organized, welcoming hotel environment. Requires reliability, attention to detail, communication skills, physical ability to move supplies, flexibility, and teamwork. Previous hotel or cleaning experience is helpful but not required.
