Plans, coordinates, and maintains manufacturing production schedules based on customer demand, material availability, labor, and equipment capacity. Monitors production progress, updates ERP/MRP data, identifies bottlenecks, coordinates schedule changes across departments, and supports on-time delivery and continuous improvement. The role also leads capacity planning and long-range scheduling while working onsite in a physically demanding manufacturing environment.

Creates and revises 3D mechanical models, assembly drawings, and detail drawings for rotating electrical equipment using SOLIDWORKS. Researches existing designs and part numbers, incorporates engineering and production revisions, applies GD&T and design-for-manufacturability principles, and maintains document revision control in SOLIDWORKS PDM. Collaborates with mechanical and electrical engineers, manages multiple projects, and occasionally validates designs in manufacturing areas.

Home-based outside Account Manager for East Coast territory selling electromechanical products (motors, generators, switchgear). Build and manage B2B customer relationships, negotiate large contracts, provide technical/commercial support, coordinate with application engineers and internal teams, and travel extensively (60–75%).

Create and modify 3D SOLIDWORKS models and detailed assembly/detail drawings, apply GD&T, support revision control (PDM/PLM), research parts, ensure manufacturability, and collaborate with engineering and production to deliver accurate, production-ready designs.
