Create and modify 3D SOLIDWORKS models and detailed assembly/detail drawings, apply GD&T, support revision control (PDM/PLM), research parts, ensure manufacturability, and collaborate with engineering and production to deliver accurate, production-ready designs.

Oversee audits, CAPA, document control, ITAR and CMMC controls; monitor quality metrics; drive continuous improvement; train staff; maintain visible production-floor presence; support customer and supplier audits and cross-functional integration.

Manage customer orders and repairs through all manufacturing phases; coordinate with customers and internal teams, schedule logistics, inspect orders, lead kick-offs and factory tours, document work, and support witness testing. Ensure product meets design and quality requirements and comply with ITAR U.S. Person requirement.

Home-based outside Account Manager for East Coast territory selling electromechanical products (motors, generators, switchgear). Build and manage B2B customer relationships, negotiate large contracts, provide technical/commercial support, coordinate with application engineers and internal teams, and travel extensively (60–75%).
