Lead and maintain the ISO 9001:2015 QMS and EHS programs across the manufacturing facility. Oversee audits, CAPA, document control, ITAR and CMMC controls; monitor quality metrics; drive continuous improvement; train staff; maintain visible production-floor presence; support customer and supplier audits and cross-functional integration.

Manage plant EHS programs to ensure OSHA/EPA compliance: conduct inspections, JHAs, incident investigations, training, recordkeeping, waste and sustainability tracking, audit support, and maintain active safety presence on the production floor.

Manage customer orders and repairs through all manufacturing phases; coordinate with customers and internal teams, schedule logistics, inspect orders, lead kick-offs and factory tours, document work, and support witness testing. Ensure product meets design and quality requirements and comply with ITAR U.S. Person requirement.
