Provide case management for youth in a 64-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility: assess needs, develop and monitor individualized plans, link families to services, provide skill-building, and coordinate with clinical and medical teams to support safe, least-restrictive care transitions.

Manage payroll accounting tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, payroll-related GL activity, financial reporting, and validation of payroll data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Sort and grade donated goods for distribution to retail stores, maintain quality standards, meet production goals, represent the organization to donors and visitors, and follow safety procedures. Position is Monday–Friday, on-site.

Lead and supervise eCommerce operations selling books, antiques, collectibles, and jewelry across multiple marketplaces. Manage daily floor operations, pricing, product flow, shipping optimization, marketplace performance, vendor software, hiring/training, budgeting/forecasting, and customer service to meet revenue and profitability goals.
