As a Product Specialist, you will sort donated items, track inventory, and support eCommerce efforts, contributing to the mission of providing services for Idaho's youth.

Provide clerical and operational support for a 64-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility: greet callers and visitors, supervise youth employment participants, maintain confidential client records, and assist the Clinical Director with financial processes. On-site in Idaho; must meet age and licensing requirements.

Coordinate and implement therapeutic recreational activities for youth at a 24-hour shelter. Assess interests, develop recreation sections of treatment plans, schedule activities (including large muscle activities and service learning), build community partnerships, and provide direct care and supervision to residents.

Lead company-wide budgeting and forecasting, manage leases, analyze financial results and variances, support grant budgets and billing, use financial systems for reporting, and participate in month-end and year-end close activities to ensure accurate financials.
