Develops and optimizes paid media campaigns for recruiting, retail customer acquisition, vehicle donations, and client services. Manages Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok campaigns, including targeting, creative testing, budgeting, bidding, conversion tracking, and reporting. Produces social media content and supports marketing plans focused on customer acquisition, retention, and sales growth.

Sort and grade donated goods at an Idaho Youth Ranch distribution center, categorizing items for quality and resale. Represent the organization professionally to donors and visitors, meet production goals, and maintain a strong safety mindset. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and candidates must live within a reasonable distance of the Idaho location.

Provide case management for youth in a 64-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility: assess needs, develop and monitor individualized plans, link families to services, provide skill-building, and coordinate with clinical and medical teams to support safe, least-restrictive care transitions.
