Teams at Idaho Youth Ranch

Sort and grade donated goods for distribution to retail stores, maintain quality standards, meet production goals, represent the organization to donors and visitors, and follow safety procedures. Position is Monday–Friday, on-site.

Provide case management for youth with behavioral health diagnoses: assess needs, develop and monitor individualized plans, link clients to services, coordinate with therapists, managers, families and referral sources, and deliver skill-building to support least-restrictive care.

Provide case management for youth in a 64-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility: assess needs, develop and monitor individualized plans, link families to services, provide skill-building, and coordinate with clinical and medical teams to support safe, least-restrictive care transitions.
