Designs, analyzes, documents, and verifies electrical systems for complex facility projects. Responsibilities include power distribution, grounding, lightning protection, lighting, and cathodic protection design; code and safety compliance; design reviews; construction and startup support; procurement and closeout documentation; and mentoring engineers. The role also coordinates multidisciplinary design activities, supports customer requirements, develops engineering work packages, and provides technical consulting and peer review.

Manage Used Nuclear Fuel projects from scope definition through closeout, including scheduling, cost estimating, resource planning, risk management, milestone tracking, budget control, and project reporting. Support Control Account Manager responsibilities and Earned Value Management System requirements. Coordinate integrated project teams and communicate project status to internal stakeholders, DOE Idaho, DOE Headquarters, and external customers. Lead project execution, risk reviews, presentations, and customer interactions while ensuring schedule and budget objectives are met.

Administer and support enterprise COTS applications, with primary responsibility for Maximo/MAS. Configure integrations, security, workflows, patches, upgrades, reporting, databases, and application environments. Troubleshoot across application and infrastructure layers, coordinate vendor fixes, manage releases and documentation, and provide user training. The role requires independent production support, occasional off-hours incident response, and collaboration with internal and vendor teams.
