Own the Specify process for core and internal AI products: translate intent into Intent Briefs and PRDs, manage and prioritise Azure DevOps backlogs, define user stories and acceptance criteria, produce prototypes and documentation, coordinate stakeholder feedback, attend sprint ceremonies, and support release communications to ensure reliable delivery of AI agent products.

Lead multiple concurrent AI transformation programmes for public sector clients, owning governance, benefits realisation, budgets, risk, stakeholder management, change and adoption, and ensuring responsible AI deployment across delivery teams.
