Acts as the primary client contact, coordinates implementation teams, produces reporting and project documentation, supports requirements gathering and consultancy, oversees benefits realization, and contributes to PMO improvement initiatives. The role involves delivering GenAI solutions across web, phone, and email channels using PRINCE2 Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Leads AI development across product and implementation projects, combining hands-on C#/.NET development with client requirements capture, technical design, solution assessment, and delivery leadership. Implements Azure-based Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI; mentors developers; coordinates backlogs, sprints, code reviews, testing, and QA; and supports secure, scalable cloud delivery across Azure, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.

Lead organisational change and adoption for AI transformation projects across local government and education. Responsibilities include developing change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications campaigns, training materials, change champion networks, benefits tracking, readiness assessments, resistance mitigation, and post-implementation transition. The role collaborates with delivery teams and client stakeholders to align change activities with AI solution rollouts and achieve sustained adoption.
