Lead AI Developer to capture client requirements, translate workflows into technical designs, provide technical leadership and mentoring, and contribute hands-on development in .NET/C#/Azure/React. Implement generative AI features (LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI), oversee backlog refinement, sprint planning, code reviews, testing, and support Azure, Power Platform, and M365 cloud-first delivery.

Own the Specify process for core and internal AI products: translate intent into Intent Briefs and PRDs, manage and prioritise Azure DevOps backlogs, define user stories and acceptance criteria, produce prototypes and documentation, coordinate stakeholder feedback, attend sprint ceremonies, and support release communications to ensure reliable delivery of AI agent products.
