Manage end-to-end order delivery of satellite SAR data for EMEA customers, perform feasibility studies and SAR quality control, plan satellite resources, resolve customer inquiries, coordinate cross-functional teams, support contractual clients, deliver KPIs, run trainings, and improve processes and documentation.

Own and maintain Customer Excellence (CE) operational documentation: define standards, consolidate content, keep the CE operations playbook current, build templates, and improve discoverability. Support cross-functional coordination and potentially facilitate OKR cycles, capture decisions, and align workstreams between CE, Product, Program Management, and Operations.

Own the full sales cycle for ANZ missions satellite programmes: build trusted defence and intelligence relationships, run complex captures, advise internal teams on user needs, lead demonstrations and exercises, maintain CRM and market intelligence, and support accreditation and security screening.

Lead ICEYE's global payroll function and team, own payroll strategy and vendor relationships, ensure compliant, accurate, end-to-end payroll processing across locations, design controls, support audits, partner with Finance/HR/Treasury, and drive payroll HRIS and process improvements.

Support qualification of satellite electronics by designing qualification plans, documenting procedures and results, conducting qualification tests, performing data and root-cause analysis, providing design feedback, and developing EGSE, data acquisition systems, and custom test hardware/software for AIT activities.

Lead architecture and technical direction for spaceborne imaging systems from concept through manufacturing and qualification. Integrate optical design with detector and focal plane assemblies, make system-level trade-offs, mentor engineers, and raise team capability for next-generation, large optical instruments.

Design and deliver optomechanical assemblies for satellite payloads: lead CAD design, material selection, prototyping, supplier integration, testing, and qualification to preserve optical performance through manufacture and launch.

Perform system-level spacecraft and mission analysis including power, delta-v and link budgets, CONOPS and trade studies, V&V planning, collision avoidance and deorbit strategies, and test planning in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Lead RF assembly, integration, and system-level validation for satellite RF subsystems. Execute RF verification campaigns, automate tests in Python, resolve RF integration anomalies, and support production readiness and design reviews.

Manage SAR satellite launch mission deliverables and campaigns, coordinate with launch providers and internal engineering, mitigate production-related launch risks, own technical launch requirements, and support launch readiness and execution.

Manage program launch mission deliverables and readiness, coordinate with engineering and launch service providers, build launch campaign processes and MGSE, support launch execution and documentation, and serve as primary launch contact for program teams.

Lead satellite-level software integration and verification: integrate flight software with subsystems, develop automated test frameworks and scripts, run HIL and environmental test campaigns, root-cause software/hardware integration issues, support reviews (PRR/CDR), improve AIT documentation and processes, and coordinate across AIT, software, and mission teams.

Manage launch inventory and MGSE lifecycle: inventory control (MES), refurbishment, safety and quality adherence, support MGSE design/build with engineering, implement LEAN 6S, and provide technical support during launch campaigns while coordinating with logistics, production, and external partners to ensure on-time, low-risk satellite launches.

Manage program launch mission deliverables, coordinate with satellite engineering and launch service providers, build launch campaign processes and MGSE, prepare satellites for campaigns, and act as program point of contact to ensure safe, on-time launches.

Design, bring up, and maintain embedded Linux OS and bootloaders for SoC/FPGA-based satellite modules. Implement kernel drivers, manage boot/runtime services, integrate with FPGA and flight software, and build automation, testing, and deployment infrastructure for reliable OTA updates and system validation.

Manage site-specific sourcing and procurement activities, onboard and qualify suppliers with quality/regulatory/legal teams, align procurement with development milestones, monitor supply chain risks and lead times, drive supplier engagement and cost tracking, and use ERP and Microsoft Office tools to support continuous improvement.

Provide on-site IT support for manufacturing and office environments, maintain endpoints and meeting-room tech, manage provisioning/MDM, troubleshoot networking (VPN/DNS/DHCP), administer IAM/Okta and SSO, support secure communications, and resolve global IT tickets via Jira Service Management.

Support and improve commercial operations by managing deal review and closure processes, ensuring CRM data quality, creating reports and dashboards, administering Salesforce, analysing sales performance, and driving process improvements, automation and AI-enabled solutions across sales, finance, legal, product, marketing, and delivery teams.

Act as the local CEO's chief of staff and operational lead for ICEYE Portugal. Set up and run the subsidiary: incorporation, vendor selection, procurement, office fit-out, payroll/regulatory filings, budget and KPI tracking. Coordinate with HQ Finance, IT, Legal and HR; manage vendors and support security and clearance logistics.

Set up and maintain CNC machines, 3D printers, and workshop equipment; perform routine and corrective maintenance; receive, unpack, and shelve incoming goods; manage parts purchasing and inventory; keep the workshop organised and provide hands-on support to manufacturing, engineering, and lab teams.
