Lead a 4–10 person multidisciplinary team building and delivering orbit determination software and services. Own delivery, prioritization, roadmaps and improvements to accuracy, latency, and scalability. Mentor, hire, and distribute workload while collaborating with product and domain stakeholders to enable satellite operations and mission-critical systems.

Own and evolve ICEYE's release systems and pipelines: design release model, build production-grade release tooling and automation, operate global release pipeline, monitor deployments, analyze failures, and drive release process and reliability improvements across engineering teams.

Lead execution of critical spacecraft hardware projects by owning schedules, resources, risk mitigation, and Design-to-Build implementation. Coordinate subsystem owners, drive technical decisions, run project management processes (WBS, timelines, documentation), escalate blockers with recommendations, and align priorities with supply chain while maintaining team morale and cross-functional collaboration.

Design, integrate, and validate mission-critical ground hardware systems for satellite operations. Define hardware specs and interfaces, perform system modeling, lead validation and environmental testing, manage configuration and documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, scalable ground infrastructure.

Serve as ICEYE's credible GEOINT liaison to UK defence and intelligence: build trusted networks, represent ICEYE at user engagements and exercises, advise internal teams on SAR tradecraft and workflows, gather user requirements, and shape access and engagement strategies to drive adoption of ICEYE imagery and analytics.

Provide global day-to-day IT support across endpoints, secure communications, and access management. Manage device provisioning, MDM, patching, IAM/SSO (Okta), networking troubleshooting (VPN/DNS/DHCP), and operational documentation while collaborating with global IT teams to ensure continuity and secure operations.

Lead design and validation of high-voltage, high-power AOCS electronics including power conversion, precision analog measurement, data acquisition, PCB design, testing, troubleshooting, and cross-discipline integration. Mentor juniors and ensure reliability of propulsion and spacecraft power systems from design through field operation.

Drive business development and pipeline growth for sovereign ISR missions in Spain and Portugal. Engage government, defence, space and industry stakeholders; manage opportunities in Salesforce; support bids, proposals and regional events; coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and share market intelligence to support regional strategy.

Lead end-to-end NetSuite implementations and optimisations across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations. Translate business requirements into configurations, design workflows and approvals, manage testing/UAT and training, handle data migration and JIRA-based support, advise stakeholders on best practices, and mentor junior consultants.

Manage end-to-end material, component, and finished-goods flows across international manufacturing sites. Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, customs, freight forwarding, and compliance with export controls. Optimize inventory and KPIs, manage logistics team, collaborate with procurement/quality/production, and implement process improvements for aerospace-grade components.

Design, develop, and maintain FPGA components for satellite systems (radar, downlink, TT&C, ADCS). Prototype features and algorithms, coordinate testing including on-orbit validation, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support CI/CD and FPGA development workflows.

Lead a small mechanical engineering team to design, analyze, optimize, manufacture, test, and qualify ICEYE's next-generation optical satellite platform. Hands-on CAD and structural work, coordinate with suppliers and optical component manufacturers, and oversee TVAC, vibration, and pre-launch qualification campaigns through in-orbit validation.

Design, operate, and evolve core platform components (Kubernetes, service mesh, secrets). Build reusable Terraform modules across AWS and on-prem, define observability standards, automate lifecycle processes, improve reliability/security, and mentor teams on best practices.

Manage site-specific sourcing and procurement, onboard and qualify suppliers with quality/regulatory/legal teams, align procurement to development milestones, monitor supply-chain risks and lead times, drive supplier engagement and cost tracking, and use ERP and Microsoft Office tools to support manufacturing operations.

Design, develop and maintain satellite Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) and test systems combining electronics, embedded software and Python-based automation. Support AIT and Production in running, troubleshooting and improving RF and satellite-level test setups, implement/debug embedded C/C++ on ARM MCUs, design electronics schematics, automate instruments with PyVISA, and produce clear documentation.

Design and architect portable, reproducible infrastructure for cloud and on-premise InSAR analytics. Define deployment models, infrastructure-as-code, automation, and platform abstractions. Ensure secure, scalable execution and observability for long-running, batch, and GPU workloads while enabling hybrid customer deployments.

Lead end-to-end UX for multiple customer-facing web products, conduct customer research and interviews, create journeys, prototypes and testable hypotheses, partner with product and engineering to deliver pragmatic, outcome-driven designs, apply design systems and modern AI/LLM tools, and ensure UX consistency across the domain.

Lead FP&A strategy: build business cases, long-range financial plans and forecasts, drive FP&A process transformation and BI/tooling adoption, support board and investor reporting, own cross-functional finance projects, and elevate financial rigour across the organisation.

Own and scale reproducible training, calibration, and model ops infrastructure for large-scale geospatial risk models. Ensure statistically meaningful, calibrated outputs, manage experiment tracking, versioning, and deployment, collaborate with data engineers and scientists, and produce externally-defensible model documentation.

Lead a fast-paced PMO for ICEYE Missions: maintain PMO tooling data integrity, design repeatable delivery processes, embed programmatic rigor across cross-functional teams, drive milestone clarity, escalate risks, and ensure issue resolution for high-stakes space programs.
