Own satellite tasking systems and methodologies for wildfire, earthquake, and persistent-monitoring change detection. Analyze areas of interest, constellation capacity, satellite geometry, scheduling scenarios, and product requirements. Support post-event root-cause evaluations, identify process gaps, communicate operational issues, and develop scalable methodologies and automation approaches using geospatial and SAR-related tools.

Designs and owns mechanical and electromechanical production systems for satellite manufacturing, including MGSE, test jigs, fixtures, and verification rigs. Takes designs from concept through CAD, documentation, manufacturing, and commissioning. Improves engineering standards, identifies production bottlenecks, develops mitigation plans, and collaborates with production, AIT, electronics, software, and engineering teams. The role also leads projects, contributes to production-system roadmaps, and mentors junior engineers onsite in Espoo.

Plans and manages seating, moves, space allocation, layouts, and test fits across Finland sites. Maintains the global facilities, rooms, and access-point registry; coordinates furniture and equipment needs; manages workplace-planning and reporting tools; and partners with stakeholders on workplace projects and occasional international site planning.

Build and manage ICEYE Spain’s classified information security program, including facility, personnel, and IT accreditation. Serve as the appointed security officer and primary liaison with Spanish national security, defense, procurement, and cyber authorities. Owns high-stakes cross-functional strategic projects, converts ambiguous CEO questions into decisions, unblocks execution across functions, and prepares government and partner briefings. Hires and develops the CEO Office team while maintaining discretion with sensitive information and promoting AI-native ways of working. Requires substantial strategy or operations experience, executive communication in Portuguese and English, financial fluency, and comfort in defense-related environments.

Lead ICEYE’s German satellite mission portfolio across the full customer lifecycle, from contract strategy through delivery, renewal, and expansion. Build a scalable mission delivery model, lead international teams, manage governance, budgets, risks, performance, and escalations, and maintain senior relationships with defense and intelligence customers. The role requires executive communication, commercial judgment, cross-functional leadership, fluent German and English, regular travel, and German security clearance eligibility.
