Maintains, configures, troubleshoots, and expands enterprise access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems across new and existing sites. Manages integrations and automation with HR and supporting platforms, produces reports, supports audits, creates technical documentation, and assists with physical security projects from site surveys through installation, commissioning, and handover. The role also collaborates with security, IT, HR, facilities, vendors, and integrators.

Own electrical assembly, integration, testing, and production readiness for satellite hardware. Define and qualify AIT processes, tooling, work packages, EGSE, and test campaigns; lead harness, connector, PCB, grounding, and avionics integration; troubleshoot anomalies; maintain configuration and traceability; support environmental testing; collaborate with design and suppliers; and mentor engineers and technicians while driving manufacturability, testability, quality, and continuous improvement.

Lead regional sales growth for sovereign satellite and ISR missions across Greece and the Balkans. Own complex government sales cycles from opportunity identification and capture planning through proposal coordination, negotiation, and deal closure. Build relationships with government and defense stakeholders, manage pipelines and forecasts, coordinate cross-functional Missions and Data pursuits, represent the company at industry events, and provide market intelligence. Travel across the region and to Finland as required.
