Develop and own the software test framework supporting satellite assembly, integration, and testing in Japan. Build simulators for hardware- and software-in-the-loop testing, automate procedures, debug embedded flight software, and create telemetry data pipelines and Grafana dashboards. Establish software engineering practices, collaborate with AIT and flight software teams, support design reviews, and ensure the framework is modular and reusable across global ICEYE sites.

Lead Group Accounting and Reporting for a global, rapidly growing organization. Own group close, consolidation, intercompany accounting, IFRS financial statements, statutory reporting, and auditor relationships across multiple entities, currencies, and jurisdictions. Build scalable processes, standards, and documentation from the ground up; manage the GL team and outsourced accounting partner; and coach accounting staff while communicating with the CFO, Board, investors, and senior stakeholders.

Leads localized marketing, communications, PR, campaigns, events, sales enablement, and stakeholder engagement across Southeast Asia. Develops market presence and pipeline for satellite intelligence solutions by coordinating regional agencies, defense and government events, media relations, landing pages, customer use cases, and localized collateral. Partners with sales, product, design, digital marketing, and global communications teams while measuring campaign performance and ROI.
