Leads executive workshops, supports enterprise sales opportunities, develops ROI cases, provides legal expertise for solution design and RFPs, influences product strategy, and represents Icertis at industry events. The role collaborates cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Services, and Customer Success, with travel up to 30%.

Drive go-to-market strategy and execution for Icertis and SAP solutions. Own messaging, positioning, sales enablement content, field training, event representation, demand generation, and performance measurement across markets and industry segments. Collaborate with Marketing, Alliances, Sales, Product, Solutions, and GTM teams while independently managing assigned workstreams. Apply strategic judgment, storytelling, and AI-powered tools to improve market insights, content development, and customer engagement.

Lead internal and corporate communications while managing LinkedIn and Instagram strategy. Responsibilities include writing newsletters, leadership messages, employee communications, and All Hands materials; maintaining editorial calendars; supporting company announcements; creating social content; leading employee advocacy; monitoring engagement; and using performance insights to refine messaging and channel strategy.

Advise senior financial-services executives on strategic enterprise software deals, translating contract and industry challenges into business cases, value frameworks, and transformation roadmaps. Build banking and financial-services playbooks, lead executive workshops and industry events, develop customer communities, and influence product and AI-enabled solution strategy. Demonstrate enterprise software and use AI in daily research, analysis, and customer preparation.

Leads customer engagements for Icertis’s AI-powered contract intelligence platform. Advises enterprise legal teams, translates contract and LegalOps needs into platform solutions, coaches customers on adoption, develops AI playbooks and prompts, and provides product feedback. Helps build and scale the Legal AI Center of Excellence while managing stakeholder relationships, customer engagements, and best practices.

Lead customer engagements for Icertis’s Legal AI Center of Excellence. Advise enterprise customers on legal and operational needs, configure AI-powered contract review playbooks, develop prompts, coach users, and drive product adoption. Translate legal concepts into structured AI guidance, provide product roadmap feedback, and help build scalable Legal AI processes and best practices. The role requires commercial contract expertise, customer-facing communication, stakeholder management, and strong AI and technology fluency.

Advises industrial-sector executives during strategic enterprise software deals, leading discovery, workshops, presentations, value cases, business cases, and transformation roadmaps. Builds industrial playbooks, thought leadership, executive communities, and customer advisory programs. Brings market insight to product, engineering, and AI teams while demonstrating Icertis Contract Intelligence and applying AI in daily work.

Lead and scale the EMEA and APAC Solution Advisory organization, coaching distributed teams and partnering with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, R&D, and partners. Drive pipeline growth, strategic sales cycles, executive engagement, solution design, demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and deal closure for AI-powered contract intelligence solutions. Establish presales metrics, optimize processes and win rates, and influence product and go-to-market strategy while remaining hands-on with customers.

Develop and optimize multi-channel ABM campaigns targeting enterprise accounts in Financial Services and Technology. Use 6sense intent data to personalize content, engage buying committees, accelerate pipeline, and maximize ROI. Collaborate with marketing and sales stakeholders, analyze campaign performance, manage indirect reports, and execute strategic initiatives using project plans and marketing technology.

Build and evolve front-end and full-stack experiences that bring AI capabilities to enterprise contract users. The role involves designing intuitive interfaces, contributing across client and server-side technologies, shaping product direction, and solving complex problems in a fast-changing startup environment. Engineers will use JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Python, SQL, databases, CI/CD, Git, and OpenAI or Anthropic generative AI models.

Own and optimize the MarTech stack, primarily Marketo, including integrations, lead lifecycle management, scoring, campaign infrastructure, data hygiene, reporting, and governance. Support campaign intake through launch and measurement while documenting SOPs and improving operational KPIs. Leads architecture and development of AI-enabled .NET and React applications for an enterprise contract management platform. Manages engineers through the software development lifecycle, mentors developers, drives code quality, testing, CI/CD, security, performance optimization, and technology integration. Collaborates with product, data science, and UX teams to deliver scalable features, assess technical feasibility, and meet enterprise and GovCon compliance requirements.

Develop and deploy secure, scalable enterprise web applications using Microsoft technologies.
