Lead and grow a high-performing platform engineering team to build Icario's next-generation healthcare platform. Provide technical direction, enforce engineering best practices, drive operational excellence, collaborate on product roadmaps, and ensure reliable CI/CD and cloud-based delivery to meet tight schedules and customer needs.

Lead product discovery, requirements, prioritization, and delivery for data, analytics, reporting, and intelligence capabilities. Work closely with Engineering, Data, Analytics, Product Operations, and client teams to translate needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog priorities. Improve reporting accuracy, data quality, analytics usability, and enable early AI/ML capabilities while ensuring delivery readiness and stakeholder alignment.

Lead product management for a next-generation healthcare engagement platform: define roadmap, prioritize platform capabilities, partner with Engineering on requirements and delivery, drive legacy-to-new-platform migration, enforce MVP discipline, improve backlog and release readiness, and coach Product Managers while contributing hands-on to discovery, documentation, and execution using Jira and Confluence.
