Provide inbound customer support while promoting satellite internet services. Assist with equipment activation, password resets, service plans, orders, and general inquiries. Explain product benefits, recommend suitable plans and hardware, resolve customer concerns, document interactions, and meet sales, conversion, and quality targets. The role includes paid training and requires strong communication, computer proficiency, flexibility across shifts, and a customer-focused, goal-driven approach.

Analyzes NEMT trip, billing, and credentialing data to identify fraud, waste, abuse, anomalies, and compliance issues. Produces recurring and ad hoc CMS, Medicaid, and client reports, validates data integrity, identifies operational trends, and collaborates with operations, credentialing, and IT teams to resolve discrepancies and improve data processes.

Supervise and coach customer service agents in an inbound call center. Assign work, monitor attendance and productivity, manage personnel and payroll issues, conduct appraisals, maintain employee documentation, address training needs, resolve escalated customer concerns, communicate process updates, and administer recognition programs. The role requires strong communication, customer service, problem-solving, teamwork, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
