Own the commercial strategy and product-market fit for ibex’s AI Agent product. Develop market intelligence, vertical use cases, messaging, ROI models, sales enablement, partner GTM programs, and reusable knowledge assets. Coordinate Sales, Marketing, Solutions, Operations, Technology, and strategic AI platform partners to align commercial commitments with delivery capabilities. Support enterprise sales by translating technical capabilities into differentiated business outcomes, while managing partner relationships, competitive positioning, and executive communications.

Maintains workforce hiring plans, historical data, forecasts, schedules, rosters, and staffing models for call center programs. Analyzes call volume, average handle time, service levels, shrinkage, attrition, training, PTO, and productivity impacts to create 13-month forecasts and hiring plans. Collaborates with clients, operations, recruiting, training, IT, and support teams, documents assumptions, supports budget planning, and provides staffing guidance to achieve performance goals.

Provides administrative support for HR operations, including HRIS and personnel file maintenance, benefits and leave administration, onboarding, payroll inquiries, regulatory requests, compliance, and employee support. The role coordinates with corporate benefits, leave administration, and department management while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, and organized records. Occasional travel between sites may be required.
