Provides senior-level Federal position classification support, including position description development, job analyses, desk audits, factor-level evaluations, pay-plan and grade determinations, and classification documentation. Advises HR professionals, supervisors, and leadership on Federal classification standards, organizational restructures, appeals, and staffing matters. Ensures compliance with OPM standards, Federal regulations, Privacy Act requirements, and client procedures while maintaining accurate classification records and safeguarding sensitive personnel information.

Provides Federal HR support across staffing, personnel processing, classification, employee and labor relations, benefits, training, policy, records management, and recruitment. Reviews applications and HR actions for compliance, maintains personnel records, prepares reports, applies OPM requirements, communicates with applicants, and safeguards sensitive information. The role may support Federal HR systems, client requirements, and administrative HR personnel in remote or client-site environments.
