Supervise and train prevocational program participants, develop and implement individualized pre-vocational plans, maintain records, coordinate with families/providers, ensure compliance with state/federal standards, assist cafe operations (customer service, prep, opening/closing), track attendance and payroll, and complete required billing and reporting.

Provides classroom support across childcare programs under teacher supervision. Assists with developmentally appropriate activities, supervises children, ensures safety, supports meals and transitions, maintains a pleasant classroom, performs minor cleaning, communicates with families and staff, attends meetings and trainings, and protects confidentiality. Requires knowledge of child development, experience or training with young children, flexibility for occasional evening or weekend activities, and the ability to pass NYS Central Registry and police clearances.

Conduct HRSN screenings, confirm Medicaid eligibility and consent, document Medicaid-billable services, accept referrals, perform outreach, complete eligibility assessments, connect members to community resources or Enhanced Care Management, and track/submission of screenings and reimbursement units.

Provide case management for migrant families in Monroe County: connect clients to housing, healthcare, education, employment, legal and community resources; coordinate financial and housing assistance; conduct outreach, orientations, home visits, and documentation to support family stabilization and long-term integration.

Conduct pre-billing documentation reviews to ensure billing readiness, compliance, and accuracy. Identify missing or non-compliant documentation, track and follow up on issues, perform sampling audits, prepare audit reports, trend data to identify risks, support HCBS Life Plan compliance, and collaborate with Finance, Quality, and Compliance to recommend improvements and training.

Coordinate and monitor community habilitation services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Ensure person-centered plans comply with OPWDD regulations, supervise and schedule staff, conduct field visits, track service utilization, document progress, provide advocacy and link clients to resources, and report to supervisors and directors.

Support implementation and administration of the Ibero Business Center program, assist Spanish- and English-speaking entrepreneurs with business planning, training, outreach, cohort facilitation, database tracking, and organizing the program's pitch competition. Travel regionally between Buffalo and Niagara and work flexible hours.
