Provides first-line IT support for hardware, software, network, and end-user issues; manages help desk tickets, SLAs, onboarding and offboarding, documentation, device maintenance, and lab technology. Installs and maintains lab systems, coordinates IT changes, supports service-management processes, and identifies opportunities to improve service reliability, efficiency, and business continuity.

Leads corporate FP&A activities including budget and forecast consolidation, long-range planning, financial modeling, G&A business partnering, scenario analysis, budget-to-actual reviews, and strategic insights. Collaborates with Accounting on month-end close and develops scalable planning tools, processes, and systems to support company growth.

Leads SEC reporting, technical accounting, U.S. GAAP compliance, and SOX program management for a biotech company. Oversees 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy filings, disclosures, technical accounting memos, internal controls, audit coordination, and regulatory standard adoption. Partners with executives, auditors, Legal, FP&A, HR, and external advisors while guiding complex transactions and financial reporting strategy.
