Provides end-to-end product follow-up for automotive interiors, coordinating engineering changes, customer requirements, BOMs, routings, documentation, cost estimates, and cross-functional implementation. Serves as the link between customers and the plant while ensuring timing, cost, and quality objectives are met. Requires engineering education, automotive experience, direct customer interaction, advanced English, and knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, ERP systems, and engineering change processes.

Oversee customer programs in an automotive manufacturing environment, coordinating cross-functional Engineering, Finance, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales, and Purchasing teams. Manage schedules, budgets, pricing, technical performance, product design changes, contracts, proposals, and customer relationships. Ensure programs meet delivery and financial goals, resolve issues, direct assigned personnel, support business development, and advise program teams.

Manages commercial relationships and financial performance for automotive OEM accounts, including Volkswagen, BMW, and DTNA. Drives sales growth, negotiates pricing, tooling, contracts, and piece prices, and oversees account profitability. Coordinates engineering, quality, manufacturing, and program management teams, supports new program launches, manages engineering changes, and develops strategic plans. Requires automotive OEM purchasing and supply chain knowledge, manufacturing process understanding, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and fluent English.

Analyzes financial data, budgets, forecasts, and business performance to support strategic decisions. Builds financial models, prepares reports, reconciles transactions, evaluates risks and trends, and recommends cost reductions and performance improvements. Consults with managers on long-term planning while monitoring profitability, solvency, liquidity, and financial results against forecasts.

Ensures corporate tax compliance through accurate tax records, returns, reporting, and regulatory filings. Analyzes Mexican tax laws, identifies tax efficiencies, supports audits and tax-authority interactions, monitors legislative changes, and safeguards financial data integrity. The role also collaborates with internal teams, recommends tax-planning strategies, and provides guidance on tax-related matters.

Prepare multistate sales, use, and property tax returns; support audits, tax depreciation, incentives, and tax savings initiatives. Reconcile tax data with financial records, maintain tax basis and book-tax differences, monitor regulatory changes, and assist with federal, state, local, R&D credit, and international tax filings. Collaborate with plant personnel, corporate finance, consultants, and government agencies while improving tax processes through technology and automation.

Support and maintain quality systems in a manufacturing environment: perform CMM programming/measurement (PC DMIS+CAD), GD&T interpretation, PPAP/sample submissions, audits, capability studies, SPC and PFMEA analysis, root-cause problem solving, operator training, gauge calibration, and internal auditing. Work closely with operations, suppliers, and customers to troubleshoot assembly issues and support continuous improvement.

Hands-on HR Generalist supporting all HR functions for a fast-paced, unionized Tier 1 automotive supplier: employee relations, full-cycle recruiting and onboarding, performance and attendance management, leave administration, HR compliance and recordkeeping, EHS and safety program support, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives. Works with multi-shift operations and collaborates with leadership, EHS, and operations to maintain safety and regulatory compliance.

Lead design, analysis, and validation of interior automotive mechanisms (cupholder doors, armrests, glovebox, console lids). Perform kinematics, multibody simulation, FEA and hardware testing, optimize motion and durability, and collaborate with OEMs and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and performance.
