Support HR Manager by administering hourly workforce processes in a manufacturing setting: attendance, hiring, payroll (ADP), FMLA, union labor agreement compliance, reporting, personnel records, audits support, employee relations, and HR programs while maintaining confidentiality and safety.

Analyze and control production and operating costs; prepare and monitor annual budgets; develop and update financial forecasts; perform variance analysis; control and validate inventories and inventory valuation in ERP; identify cost-saving opportunities; produce management reports; and support monthly closings while collaborating with production, logistics, and finance teams.

Support continuous improvement by identifying operational losses, conducting Gemba walks and data collection, developing Cost Deployment templates and loss analyses, translating losses into financial impact, and delivering a prioritized CI project pipeline with leadership recommendations.

Lead design, analysis, and validation of interior automotive mechanisms (cupholder doors, armrests, glovebox, console lids). Perform kinematics, multibody simulation, FEA and hardware testing, optimize motion and durability, and collaborate with OEMs and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and performance.

Serve as primary quality contact to manage customer quality (APQP/PPAP), analyze process capability, lead audits and supplier development, maintain control plans, and train inspection personnel to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in manufacturing.

Lead plant EHS functions to ensure regulatory compliance with Mexican NOMs and ISO 14001, manage environmental programs and waste, oversee health/industrial hygiene and medical services, direct safety and emergency response, coordinate site security and C-TPAT/NEEC, and deliver EHS training and continuous improvement.

Lead and manage engineering teams and equipment across two facilities to ensure safe, quality, and cost-effective operations. Mentor engineers, support new product launches (APQP to production), drive continuous improvement (5S, TPM, lean), oversee audits (IATF16949, ISO14001), manage spare parts and PM programs, analyze scrap and downtime, and support tooling, equipment moves, and capital projects.

Supervise bargaining-unit manufacturing teams to ensure safe, efficient production and quality. Drive lean continuous-improvement efforts, monitor KPIs and productivity, conduct investigations, manage training and audits, enforce safety and company policies, and coach/develop employees to meet production and quality targets.

Support plant quality operations and administration: monitor KPIs, document control, follow up corrective actions, support audits, prepare reports, and ensure production-floor compliance.

Lead internal and supplier audits to IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3; manage APQP/PPAP, FMEA, MSA, control plans; perform root cause analysis and 8D; coordinate capability studies and calibration tracking with GageTrak Pro; mentor quality engineers; troubleshoot shop-floor quality issues and interface with customers to ensure timely resolution and compliance with customer-specific requirements.

Lead APQP activities and PPAP submission to ensure successful product launches. Coordinate Control Plans, PFMEA, process flows, and validate dimensional/capability/MSA studies. Serve as primary quality interface with customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams, drive problem-solving (8D/5 Whys), monitor launch performance, and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Serve as the plant's primary quality contact: maintain metrology/CMM and Shoplogix, lead SPC reviews and corrective actions, update PFMEA/PPAP/control plans, support supplier quality, prepare performance reports (CP/CPK, PPM), ensure compliance (IATF, ISO, Ford/GM standards), train personnel, and drive continuous improvement.

Manage multiple OEM accounts to drive sales growth and profitability. Act as primary commercial interface, lead contract and price negotiations, coordinate internal teams for program delivery, support new launches, manage engineering changes, and develop strategic plans and M&A/expansion recommendations.

Lead program execution and client relationship for one or two clients, coordinating engineering, quality, manufacturing, finance, sales, and purchasing. Manage launch process with data integrity, approve designs and changes, control financial metrics, negotiate contracts, mitigate risks, run change control, and prepare executive program status reporting.
