Supervise production lines across three shifts, manage shift supervisors, track OEE and KPIs, lead Kaizen and 5S activities, ensure quality and safety, manage payroll/incident records in Kronos, and drive continuous improvement to meet production targets.

Hands-on HR Generalist supporting all HR functions for a fast-paced, unionized Tier 1 automotive supplier: employee relations, full-cycle recruiting and onboarding, performance and attendance management, leave administration, HR compliance and recordkeeping, EHS and safety program support, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives. Works with multi-shift operations and collaborates with leadership, EHS, and operations to maintain safety and regulatory compliance.

Manage plant supply chain operations and team to meet customer/internal metrics, inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement using ERP, lean tools, and automotive customer systems. Serve as primary quality contact to manage customer quality (APQP/PPAP), analyze process capability, lead audits and supplier development, maintain control plans, and train inspection personnel to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in manufacturing.

Lead and manage engineering teams and equipment across two facilities to ensure safe, quality, and cost-effective operations. Mentor engineers, support new product launches (APQP to production), drive continuous improvement (5S, TPM, lean), oversee audits (IATF16949, ISO14001), manage spare parts and PM programs, analyze scrap and downtime, and support tooling, equipment moves, and capital projects.

Lead APQP activities and PPAP submission to ensure successful product launches. Coordinate Control Plans, PFMEA, process flows, and validate dimensional/capability/MSA studies. Serve as primary quality interface with customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams, drive problem-solving (8D/5 Whys), monitor launch performance, and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement.

Serve as the plant's primary quality contact: maintain metrology/CMM and Shoplogix, lead SPC reviews and corrective actions, update PFMEA/PPAP/control plans, support supplier quality, prepare performance reports (CP/CPK, PPM), ensure compliance (IATF, ISO, Ford/GM standards), train personnel, and drive continuous improvement.

Manage multiple OEM accounts to drive sales growth and profitability. Act as primary commercial interface, lead contract and price negotiations, coordinate internal teams for program delivery, support new launches, manage engineering changes, and develop strategic plans and M&A/expansion recommendations.

Lead program execution and client relationship for one or two clients, coordinating engineering, quality, manufacturing, finance, sales, and purchasing. Manage launch process with data integrity, approve designs and changes, control financial metrics, negotiate contracts, mitigate risks, run change control, and prepare executive program status reporting.
