Partners with engineering, manufacturing, quality, design, and production teams and oversees team development, budgets, staffing, and performance.

Plan, design, and improve assigned manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency. Analyze layouts, workflow, assembly methods, and workforce utilization. Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, PFMEA management, process documentation, and implementation of corrective actions. Support production KPIs (OEE, scrap reduction), Poka-Yoke systems, and ergonomics/safety efforts.
