Provides front-line technical support for proprietary software applications through phone, email, and remote access. Troubleshoots and resolves application issues, escalates unresolved problems, documents support activity, analyzes reported data, maintains client and internal relationships, and deploys and trains clients on software applications and updates.

Provides front-line technical support for proprietary software used in government implementations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting application issues, assisting clients by phone, email, and remote access, escalating unresolved problems, documenting issues, analyzing data, maintaining client relationships, and deploying and training users on software applications and updates.

Manage daily registration orders by printing, verifying, reprinting, and mailing registrations. Operate and maintain printers and inserter equipment, load supplies, organize sealed envelopes into mail trays, perform file-based verification, and place household items on carts. Communicate with the home office while maintaining confidentiality, accuracy, organization, and productivity. The role requires prolonged standing, sitting, and walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasional overtime or weekend availability.
