Manage transportation projects from planning through completion, including scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, deliverables, documentation, and stakeholder communication. Lead cross-functional teams, sprint planning, status meetings, change requests, customer coordination, and project reporting. Maintain project projections, facilitate lessons learned, support PMO activities, and ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.

Develop and maintain backend APIs using .NET Core, enhance web applications, and help migrate Razor Pages to Angular and REST APIs. Build customer-driven features, address technical debt, conduct code reviews, and collaborate within a Scrum team. The role requires navigating complex distributed multitenant applications, working independently, and contributing to enterprise software development using C#, Angular, Entity Framework, Razor Pages, and SQL.

Provides front-line technical support for proprietary software used in government system implementations. Troubleshoots and resolves application issues, escalates unresolved problems, documents support activities, analyzes gathered information, maintains client and team relationships, and deploys and trains clients on software applications and updates. The role requires strong technical, troubleshooting, communication, customer service, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
