Sell Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions to new and existing clients by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities. Build trusted relationships with senior executives, prepare proposals, demo software, manage opportunities in a CRM, collaborate with partners and internal pre/post-sales teams, and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets. Role requires frequent travel.

Manage two regional software support teams, oversee support operations, develop processes and documentation, monitor KPIs and SLAs, resolve escalations, collaborate with product and development, and foster customer-centric service.
