Develops OnBase document capture, storage, and workflow solutions; analyzes client needs; writes functional specifications; troubleshoots application issues; and evaluates software and hardware platforms. The role requires client collaboration and knowledge of ECM, databases, system architecture, interfaces, and web application development.

Leads and grows multiple software engineering teams, oversees product technology roadmaps, and delivers full-stack solutions. Drives automation, Agile practices, quality metrics, capacity planning, budgeting, and offshore delivery. Partners with Product and business leaders to prioritize initiatives, improve efficiency, mentor talent, and establish operational standards.
