Support communications for live music events: supervise onsite media/photographers, maintain media lists and photo catalogs, edit press materials, monitor coverage, conduct research, and assist publicity efforts. Requires frequent on-site show attendance and some office work.

Perform venue changeovers between seated and standing configurations by setting up and breaking down chairs, stage extensions, barricades, and furniture; assist with venue maintenance and special projects to ensure the building is ready for events.

Support the marketing team promoting live concerts by researching artists, managing social and street-team activations, installing promotional materials, using Ticketmaster for sales reporting, proofing collateral, creating on-site content, and assisting at promotions booths.

Support I.M.P.'s marketing team by designing and preparing layered print and digital assets (posters, flyers, web images, ads), creating weekly social media announcement documents, producing merch and venue signage designs, and occasionally contributing copy for email blasts and communications. Gain hands-on experience in concert promotion design.

Manage employee relations across five venues: intake, investigations, documentation, coaching, progressive discipline, leaves and accommodations, and HRIS recordkeeping. Apply collective bargaining agreement terms, ensure compliance (I-9, postings, training), and provide visible, on-floor HR presence including occasional evenings aligned to shows.

Provide customer-facing crowd management and venue security: screen entrants, check tickets/IDs, monitor and secure assigned areas, de-escalate disruptive behavior, follow security plans, and communicate with supervisors to ensure guest and performer safety.

Manage and grow I.M.P.'s digital presence across social platforms, plan and run paid digital ad campaigns, track performance with analytics, coordinate content schedules and online activations, monitor engagement and venue listings, and support event coverage.
