Manage coordination between sales, account management, client business units, key account management, and solution architecture teams. Track outstanding tasks, support completion of business requirements, maintain CRM opportunities, and ensure CRM data hygiene. The role requires enterprise customer communication, sales operations expertise, and familiarity with IT products and services, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.

Supports multi-cloud security standards across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Manages cloud logging, monitoring, SIEM integrations, and CSPM capabilities; investigates misconfigurations, policy violations, and security gaps; coordinates remediation with engineering and risk teams; and assists with cloud security audits, assessments, and incident response.

Develop and maintain C#/.NET applications, SQL databases, and manufacturing execution systems supporting automotive production. Monitor and maintain servers, virtual machines, workstations, and production equipment; troubleshoot incidents, debug code, and support system reliability, backups, clustering, and disaster recovery. Collaborate with production, infrastructure, security, and database teams, provide technical support and training, document incidents, and help maintain high availability of manufacturing IT systems.
