Manages the Joliet plant’s platform engineering and IT infrastructure operations, including Windows and Linux servers, virtualization, storage, backup, and Cisco networking. Leads technical teams, oversees incident and change management, ensures 24x7 operational readiness, manages infrastructure capacity and performance, and supports plant connectivity and availability. The role includes hiring, performance management, vendor and offshore team coordination, ITIL process oversight, major incident response, and infrastructure strategy.

Designs, deploys, configures, and maintains enterprise workstation and endpoint environments. Leads SCCM/MECM, Intune, Autopilot, application packaging, OS deployment, patching, compliance, and hybrid device management. Develops PowerShell automation, manages Group Policy and security baselines, troubleshoots complex workstation issues, monitors endpoint performance, documents configurations, collaborates across IT teams, and mentors junior engineers.

Administer and maintain enterprise Windows and Linux systems, VMware virtualization, Active Directory, storage, cloud platforms, and endpoint infrastructure. Responsibilities include patching, troubleshooting, hardware installation, security hardening, vulnerability remediation, monitoring, and Tier-2 support. The role supports Azure, AWS, and GCP modernization initiatives while collaborating with senior engineers and cybersecurity teams.
