Provide technical leadership for server, network, storage, virtualization, and security operations. Administer Windows/Linux/M365/Exchange environments, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, SAN/NAS, and virtualization. Lead cross-functional teams, manage monitoring, backups/disaster recovery, cybersecurity controls, patching, and compliance. Drive automation (PowerShell), vendor management, capacity planning, and infrastructure projects to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure enterprise systems.

Lead HAEA budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting. Partner with project managers and business units to track KPIs, manage CBU billing, improve FP&A processes, and produce ad-hoc and periodic financial analyses to support executive decision-making.

Designs, implements, and supports enterprise Microsoft 365 environments. Leads architecture for Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID; manages tenant operations, identity/access, security/compliance, migrations, integrations, automation (PowerShell/Graph), governance, incident escalation, and technical documentation.
