Manage and optimize Free Trade Agreement processes in SAP (GTS/MM/SD) to ensure compliance (USMCA, KORUS), configure systems, support ABAP debugging and interfaces, drive FTA-related projects, deliver training/documentation, and produce audit-ready reports for trade compliance.

Lead design, implementation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of enterprise Windows/Linux servers, VMware/vSphere environments, storage and backup. Perform advanced troubleshooting, incident/root‑cause analysis, DR testing, monitoring, automation (PowerShell), security/patch management, and lead infrastructure projects while supporting a 24/7 operations environment.

Provide on-site Tier 2 desktop support in San Diego: install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, phones, email, and video conferencing; deploy software updates, create/maintain PC images and documentation; coordinate with other IT teams to resolve helpdesk requests.
