Manage 24/7 operations for an integrated data center, including colocation, hosting, servers, storage, backups, monitoring, physical access, disaster recovery, and infrastructure provisioning. Lead operational staff, manage budgets and staffing, coordinate change management, maintain Windows and Linux environments, oversee security and compliance processes, and manage a portfolio of infrastructure projects across multiple locations and tenants.

Provides technical leadership for Windows, VMware, and Microsoft Exchange infrastructure. Administers virtual environment backups, monitors Windows servers and virtual environments, maintains system availability and security, and manages asset inventory. Leads infrastructure design, lifecycle management, performance testing, issue analysis, and high-impact IT solutions. Oversees projects from requirements through completion, including documentation and formal coordination with teams, departments, and customers.

Manage coordination between sales, account management, client business units, key account management, and solution architecture teams. Track outstanding tasks, support completion of business requirements, maintain CRM opportunities, and ensure CRM data hygiene. The role requires enterprise customer communication, sales operations expertise, and familiarity with IT products and services, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
