Lead and scale HYPR's Customer Success organization to drive post-sales deployments, retention, expansion, onboarding efficiency, product adoption, and customer satisfaction. Partner with Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues, capture customer feedback, and turn customers into references while pursuing revenue growth and operational improvements.

The Channel Manager at HYPR will manage relationships with partners, assist in sales strategies, track performance, and support operational improvements.

Serve as a senior technical advocate for enterprise customers, owning incident lifecycle management, deep troubleshooting across HYPR products and identity integrations (OIDC/SAML), collaborating with Engineering/Product on escalations, proactively monitoring system health, and optimizing customer environments for long-term stability.

Execute and optimize demand-generation campaigns across email, paid and organic channels. Build HubSpot workflows, landing pages and nurture sequences. Analyze performance, recommend improvements, and identify automation opportunities using AI and marketing automation to scale go-to-market efficiency.

Design, build, and operate public cloud SaaS infrastructure and internal server systems. Support Kubernetes-based platforms, implement Terraform modules, create CI/CD pipelines, enforce security (IAM, secrets, security groups), monitor cloud applications, and enable cross-team GitOps and automation from ideation to production.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll design and develop secure SaaS services, implement automated testing, and collaborate across teams while working with identity verification and authentication technologies.
