Manage workplace technology integration projects from planning through closeout, including timelines, budgets, scheduling, communications, documentation, permitting, vendor coordination, installation oversight, punch lists, commissioning, turnover, and invoicing support. Coordinate internal teams, technicians, subcontractors, clients, and general contractors while ensuring customer satisfaction and project completion. The role also develops best practices, maintains project reporting, and may supervise field teams on a project basis.

Provide administrative support for delivery operations: manage punch lists and delivery tickets, support scheduling, maintain records, communicate with internal teams and customers, and assist with operational reporting and continuous improvement efforts.
