Manages contract furniture installation projects from planning through closeout. Coordinates customers, designers, sales teams, contractors, vendors, field leads, deliveries, labor, schedules, budgets, documentation, installations, punch lists, invoicing, and final approvals. Conducts site surveys, verifies measurements and building requirements, supervises employees and subcontractors, resolves customer issues, manages job costs and change orders, and facilitates project meetings and post-installation follow-up.

Designs, verifies, and documents audiovisual and structured cabling systems. Collaborates with customers, sales, operations, manufacturers, and drafting teams to develop compliant system designs, bills of materials, quotes, and shop drawings. Conducts needs assessments, site visits, commissioning, configuration, and system support. Provides technical guidance, validates installations, supports bids, and stays current on AV products, networking, electrical design, and industry standards.

Manages client relationships and develops new business for workplace technology solutions. Responsibilities include consultative sales, discovery, solution development, proposals, pipeline forecasting, RFP responses, and project handoffs. The role collaborates with engineering, project management, and field teams to align solutions with client requirements, budgets, schedules, and business objectives. It requires industry experience in AV, low voltage, systems integration, technology consulting, or construction technology, along with customer-site visits and business development within the Portland market.
