Mechanical Engineering Intern supporting product improvements for plasma and waterjet cutting systems. Responsibilities include evaluating components, assisting with design changes, testing and validation, root cause analysis, engineering documentation, and cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, procurement, quality, regulatory, and supply chain teams. The intern will contribute to product lifecycle and new product development projects and present project outcomes to engineering leadership.

Provides high-level administrative and coordination support to the CEO, Management Team, and Board of Directors. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, executive communications, board logistics, governance documentation, confidential records, presentations, and cross-functional follow-through. The role requires discretion, executive presence, sound judgment, strong organization, and the ability to anticipate needs and resolve competing priorities in an on-site environment.

Leads commercial technical training programs, including curriculum development, advanced CAD/CAM instruction, hands-on equipment training, trainer coaching, and content quality review. Manages complex cross-functional projects, stakeholders, risks, and deadlines while ensuring facility readiness, equipment calibration, safety, and consistent delivery standards. Supports global learning strategy, program planning, trainer onboarding, and continuous improvement for customers, partners, and associates.
