Leads the PCB Test Engineering organization, overseeing ICT, functional test, fixture development, IC programming, and automated test solutions. Defines test strategy, improves design for testability, manufacturing quality, yield, and cost, and delivers scalable solutions for internal and contract manufacturing. Develops organizational roadmaps, capacity plans, and engineering talent while partnering with design, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, and supply chain teams. The role is onsite in Lebanon, New Hampshire, with up to 10% travel.

Develop firmware testing capabilities by extending hardware-in-the-loop frameworks, expanding automated test coverage, evaluating system reliability, and integrating tests with firmware builds. Collaborate with engineering colleagues while gaining hands-on experience in microcontroller programming, C development, electronics, test equipment, and software testing.

Develop embedded firmware and software tools for plasma cutting systems. Responsibilities include requirements, design, coding, debugging, testing, integration, device drivers, RTOS real-time control, hardware/software integration, industrial communications, and system optimization. The role also evaluates tools and processes, supports validation, and collaborates with cross-functional design teams.
