Drive new customer acquisition through prospecting, qualifying leads, arranging demos, and coordinating with product and finance teams. Manage CRM records, forecasts, proposals, and outreach using sales development tools while targeting mid-to-large retailers, restaurants, eCommerce, and hospitality businesses to meet revenue goals.

Lead and scale US revenue for DTC, omnichannel retail, and CPG customers. Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close, own ARR targets, forecast and prioritize accounts, collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, and represent the company at industry events. Focus on enterprise deals with VP/C-suite buyers and drive CRM hygiene and reporting.

Serve as the primary post-sale technical contact to drive SaaS product adoption and value. Lead onboarding, training, integrations, and dashboard/report creation. Analyze usage and customer data to surface risks and opportunities, collaborate with product/engineering, run business reviews, and support renewals and expansions for mid-to-large enterprise clients.

The Senior UI Developer will create dynamic user experiences, build web applications, and collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to implement frontend solutions while ensuring cross-browser compatibility and adherence to SEO principles.

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will build data warehouses and dashboards, mentor analysts, and generate insights from data, collaborating with various teams.
