Own and scale US revenue for DTC, retail, and CPG SaaS. Drive full sales cycle from prospecting to close, manage enterprise deals with C-suite buyers, set GTM strategy, forecast revenue, maintain CRM hygiene, and partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.

Full-cycle quota-carrying Account Executive responsible for prospecting, pipeline building, and closing new business across DTC, retail, and e-commerce accounts. Manage end-to-end sales processes with Merchandising, Digital Commerce, and Pricing stakeholders, use CRM for forecasting, collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success, and represent the company at industry events. Expected to ramp quickly on product and playbook.

Generate new customers through proactive prospecting, qualifying leads, arranging product demos, and coordinating with product and finance teams. Manage CRM records, forecasts, proposals, and ROI analyses while refining lead-generation strategies and building relationships across retail, eCommerce, restaurant, and hospitality sectors to meet revenue targets.

Design, build, and operate scalable Python backend services and microservices (REST/async APIs). Integrate AI/ML (LLMs, RAG, vector search), databases, and cloud storage. Ensure high availability, observability, security, and CI/CD; troubleshoot production performance; participate in architecture and code reviews; mentor junior engineers and collaborate with Product, Data Science, and DevOps.

Lead design, development, and deployment of scalable ML solutions for pricing optimization, demand forecasting, and promotion planning. Build and productionize forecasting, price elasticity, and promotion models; design Databricks ML pipelines, monitoring, and APIs; analyze large retail datasets; collaborate cross-functionally; mentor junior scientists and communicate results to stakeholders.
