Full-cycle quota-carrying Account Executive responsible for sourcing and qualifying pipeline, running discovery-to-close sales processes, and closing new business across DTC, retail, and ecommerce accounts. Engage Director- and VP-level stakeholders, use Salesforce/HubSpot for forecasting, collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success, and represent the company at industry events.

Design, build, and maintain scalable batch and real-time data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, data warehouses and lakes. Ensure data quality, performance, and reliability; integrate data from multiple sources; collaborate with Data Science and ML teams; implement monitoring, validation, and CI/CD; and contribute to the evolution of the data platform and architecture.

Manage end-user IT support, onboarding/offboarding, IT asset inventory, and cloud/server/network administration. Administer SaaS tools, enforce security and compliance, monitor uptime/backups, and document IT processes while collaborating with engineering/DevOps.

Lead and scale US revenue for DTC, omnichannel retail, and CPG customers. Own full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close with ARR targets, build GTM strategy, forecast and prioritize accounts, collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, represent the company at industry events, and maintain disciplined CRM and pipeline reporting.

Drive new customer acquisition for Hypersonix by prospecting, qualifying leads, arranging product demos, and coordinating with product and finance teams. Manage CRM records, forecasts, proposals, and outreach via sales development platforms to meet revenue goals within retail, eCommerce, restaurant, and hospitality markets.

Hands-on operational finance role supporting day-to-day accounting, AP/AR, billing, reconciliations, month-end close, financial statements and MIS reporting. Ensure US GAAP compliance, support SaaS revenue accounting (deferred revenue, accruals, subscription billing), coordinate audits, and assist the Finance Director on controls and process improvements while working cross-functionally.
