Manage CRM records, forecasts, proposals, and ROI analyses while refining lead-generation strategies and building relationships across retail, eCommerce, restaurant, and hospitality sectors to meet revenue targets.

Hands-on finance role supporting day-to-day accounting, AP/AR, billing, collections, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, SaaS revenue accounting (deferred revenue, accruals), audit coordination, and process improvements while partnering with the Finance Director and cross-functional teams.

Design, build, and operate scalable Python backend services and APIs for an AI-driven platform. Integrate ML/LLM inference, vector search, and databases; ensure observability, security, CI/CD, and production performance. Mentor engineers and collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Frontend teams.
