Leads revenue operations and business systems for Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and related teams. Owns Salesforce and Nue CPQ architecture, revenue forecasting, pipeline and retention analytics, quote-to-cash processes, system integrations, data governance, vendor management, and systems roadmaps. Manages and mentors two direct reports while delivering implementations, automation, documentation, and operational improvements across the GTM technology ecosystem.

Own the strategy, roadmap, architecture, and execution of Hyperproof’s AI platform capabilities, including intelligent agents and automated GRC workflows. Partner with engineering, design, executives, and GRC experts to establish product requirements, evaluation frameworks, auditability, safety guardrails, and model integration standards. Validate products through prototypes, usage metrics, customer feedback, and rigorous benchmarks. Serve as an AI-in-GRC thought leader while driving measurable enterprise customer outcomes.

Own the strategy, roadmap, architecture, and execution of AI capabilities across an enterprise GRC SaaS platform. Lead agentic workflows, AI safety, grounding, auditability, evaluation frameworks, model integrations, prototypes, and usage analysis. Partner with engineering, design, GRC experts, executives, go-to-market teams, and customers to deliver reliable automation with measurable outcomes. Serve as the company’s AI and GRC thought leader while translating emerging AI technologies into valuable product opportunities.
