Partner with Account Executives on discovery, demos, proof-of-value engagements, RFPs, and enterprise security reviews. Translate on-chain risk into business terms for executives and technical stakeholders, develop customized demonstrations, advise customers on integrations and compliance, and represent the company at industry events. Collaborate with Product, R&D, Security Engineering, and Customer Success to influence product direction, improve sales processes, and support customer onboarding and adoption.

Own the company’s annual budgeting, monthly budget-versus-actual analysis, financial modeling, rolling forecasts, and scenario planning. The role partners with department heads, finance leadership, and external accounting to ensure accurate reporting, identify variances and savings opportunities, and support strategic decisions. It also improves and automates planning and reporting processes using AI tools.

Develops self-sourced sales pipeline and closes smaller B2B deals for blockchain security solutions across Web3, DeFi, and CeFi accounts. Responsibilities include prospecting based on market triggers, conducting discovery, engaging stakeholders across security and operations, building account dossiers and business cases, supporting strategic enterprise deals, and managing opportunities through signature. Requires sales experience, blockchain knowledge, strong executive communication, analytical skills, and autonomous execution in a remote environment.

Lead Hypernative’s APAC revenue strategy, sales organization, market expansion, enterprise deal execution, pipeline forecasting, partnerships, and regional demand generation. Build and scale high-performing sales teams, develop strategic Web3 and institutional relationships, collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering, and represent the company across the APAC ecosystem. Regular travel across the region is required.

The Backend Infrastructure & Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable data systems, manage cloud infrastructure, and develop efficient data pipelines for a fast-paced Web3 security startup.

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will own the end-to-end flow of the WebApp, collaborating with teams to deliver features and contribute to architecture and vision.

Design, implement, and maintain real-time blockchain detection systems. Analyze large datasets, develop and test heuristics and scoring logic, investigate incidents, and partner with researchers to operationalize and tune production detection modules.

Lead US customer acquisition and revenue growth by owning the full sales cycle for institutional DeFi and CeFi clients. Build relationships with decision-makers, execute regional sales plans, position Hypernative as a security solution, and represent the company at industry events.

Lead business development and client management across EMEA for Hypernative. Drive new sales with institutional clients, exchanges, protocols and finance players; develop regional sales strategy, manage pipeline in CRM, advocate product, and represent the company at industry events.
