The Backend Infrastructure & Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable data systems, manage cloud infrastructure, and develop efficient data pipelines for a fast-paced Web3 security startup.

The Senior Backend Software Engineer will develop core system logic using Web3 data, enhancing risk insights while collaborating with a dynamic team in a startup environment.

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will own the end-to-end flow of the WebApp, collaborating with teams to deliver features and contribute to architecture and vision.

Design, implement, and maintain real-time blockchain detection systems. Analyze large datasets, develop and test heuristics and scoring logic, investigate incidents, and partner with researchers to operationalize and tune production detection modules.

Lead Hypernative's US revenue strategy: build and scale an enterprise sales organization, recruit and mentor AEs/BDEs, drive pipeline and forecasting, close strategic Fortune 500 deals (typically $100K+ ACV), forge partnerships, align GTM with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to maximize adoption and expansion.

Lead US customer acquisition and revenue growth by owning the full sales cycle for institutional DeFi and CeFi clients. Build relationships with decision-makers, execute regional sales plans, position Hypernative as a security solution, and represent the company at industry events.

Lead business development and client management across EMEA for Hypernative. Drive new sales with institutional clients, exchanges, protocols and finance players; develop regional sales strategy, manage pipeline in CRM, advocate product, and represent the company at industry events.
