Lead client acquisition and relationship management across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Drive regional sales strategy, pipeline development, revenue growth, product advocacy, and thought leadership among DeFi, CeFi, institutional finance, exchanges, protocols, and Web3 organizations. The role requires strong DACH market expertise, blockchain and financial technology knowledge, consultative selling skills, German and English fluency, and regional travel.

Lead Hypernative’s APAC revenue strategy, sales organization, market expansion, enterprise deal execution, pipeline forecasting, partnerships, and regional demand generation. Build and scale high-performing sales teams, develop strategic Web3 and institutional relationships, collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Engineering, and represent the company across the APAC ecosystem. Regular travel across the region is required.

The Backend Infrastructure & Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain scalable data systems, manage cloud infrastructure, and develop efficient data pipelines for a fast-paced Web3 security startup.
