Build and operate machine learning models powering roleplay, scoring, and coaching products. Own the full lifecycle from training and fine-tuning through production deployment and maintenance. Fine-tune open-source models, optimize them for cost and latency, deploy them on-device when needed, and develop evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and regression suites. Collaborate closely with founders and engineers to shape product direction.

Own a book of mid-market accounts post-sale, drive adoption and revenue (GRR and NRR), run executive QBRs, identify and mitigate churn risk, expand seats and upsell, and convert customer success into references and case studies.

Own the architecture, design, versioning, and maintenance of Hyperbound’s public APIs and customer integrations. Build secure OAuth and OpenID Connect flows, solve data synchronization and rate-limit challenges, monitor production reliability, and rapidly resolve integration failures. Partner with the founding team on product priorities and strategic partnerships while taking end-to-end ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.

Design end-to-end UI/UX for an AI-driven sales platform across web, Chrome extension, analytics, and learning modules. Lead discovery, prototyping, user research, and design system work to translate transcripts, audio, and AI scoring into clear, actionable coaching and agentic workflows for enterprise customers.

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you'll develop applications using Next.js and Node.js, support AWS infrastructure, and own end-to-end fixes in your code.
