Picks up and delivers packages, supplies, and lab specimens between clinic locations. Receives, stocks, records, and distributes inventory from the warehouse to departments; tracks supply orders and maintains orderly storage areas and vehicles. Requires timely, accurate deliveries, professional communication, confidentiality, hazard reporting, lifting up to 75 pounds, and a valid driver's license.

Coordinates nursing department staffing, float pool assignments, scheduling, call-ins, timecards, attendance, payroll support, and benefits requests. Supervises float staff, including interviewing, hiring, onboarding, training, evaluations, and annual reviews. Maintains staffing records, supports new-hire scheduling, prepares expense reports, and assists clinic directors with compliance and administrative tasks. Requires strong communication, organization, independent judgment, and healthcare experience.

Performs diagnostic X-ray and fluoroscopy imaging, ensures image quality and radiation safety, prepares and positions patients, documents procedures, collaborates with radiologists, assists with training and departmental workflow, and participates in continuing education.

Provide nursing care in a clinic setting: triage calls, prepare patients, assist physicians, administer medications and treatments, maintain records, arrange testing/admissions, manage appointments, and follow clinic policies while observing and reporting patient conditions.

Coordinate clinical trial activities including recruitment, scheduling, informed consent, study/monitor visits, regulatory document maintenance, specimen shipping, phlebotomy, patient care, and liaison duties among providers, study reps, and patients to support study initiation through close-out.

Obtains prior authorizations and predeterminations from insurance payers for inpatient and outpatient services. Collects demographic, insurance, and clinical information, verifies payer requirements, enters authorization data into Allscripts, and supports accurate claims filing. Advises providers and clinic staff on authorization procedures, researches coverage policies, communicates with patients and payers, and supports compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and clinic policies.

Lead development and execution of digital and traditional marketing and PR campaigns to increase clinic visibility, support business development and recruitment, create content and press releases, manage website and social assets, analyze campaign performance and ROI, coordinate community outreach and sponsorships, ensure HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with leadership, agencies, freelancers, and stakeholders to align communications with organizational strategy.
