Lead development and execution of digital and traditional marketing and PR campaigns to increase clinic visibility, support business development and recruitment, create content and press releases, manage website and social assets, analyze campaign performance and ROI, coordinate community outreach and sponsorships, ensure HIPAA compliance, and collaborate with leadership, agencies, freelancers, and stakeholders to align communications with organizational strategy.

Performs diagnostic x-ray and DEXA procedures, prepares and verifies studies for radiologist review, monitors patients, assists during special procedures, supervises students/new hires, and maintains equipment, records, and radiation safety.

Answer inbound calls to schedule appointments, verify and enter patient demographics, accept payments, route messages, and provide patient-focused service in a monitored call-center environment while meeting quality and compliance standards.
