Own customer-facing project delivery from lease execution through Ready for Service across design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, change management, and closeout. Serve as the central coordinator among customers, internal teams, and contractors; assess project impacts, manage risks and approvals, lead customer meetings, maintain project records, and transition completed projects to Asset Management.

Build and operate production data pipelines and services integrating APIs, SFTP, files, databases, and cloud systems. Orchestrate workflows with Airflow and Google Cloud Composer, model data in BigQuery and Snowflake, support cloud infrastructure, and implement monitoring, data quality, security, governance, and production support practices. The role also involves incident resolution, documentation, testing, CI/CD, and collaboration with stakeholders and external providers.

Manage and enhance IT infrastructure across servers, networks, endpoints, cloud services, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory. Monitor performance, availability, utilization, costs, security, and backups; perform updates and vulnerability assessments; troubleshoot incidents; support users; document procedures; enforce security policies; and contribute to infrastructure projects. The role is fully in-office in Miami and requires hands-on technical expertise, strong communication, independent work, and the ability to lift moderately heavy equipment.

Owns end-to-end employee lifecycle operations, including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS changes, I-9 and multi-state compliance, employee records, leave and benefits administration, payroll-impacting updates, employee service requests, audit evidence, reporting, and process improvement. Partners closely with Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, IT, Finance, Legal, and People Systems while supporting headquarters and multiple sites.

Own enterprise data inventory and translate business needs into data models, quality rules, mappings, and acceptance criteria. Partner with data and software teams on pipelines, governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management. Prepare data for agentic workflows, including semantic layers, knowledge bases, retrieval indexes, and evaluation datasets. Develop reusable analytical models, reports, dashboards, and decision-support products while monitoring data quality and communicating limitations and business impact.

Designs and supports high-voltage substations and transmission switchyards from concept through commissioning, covering 34.5 kV to 345 kV systems. Responsibilities include electrical and physical design, one-line diagrams, grounding, protection coordination, equipment specifications, engineering calculations, vendor drawing reviews, utility and contractor coordination, factory acceptance testing, commissioning, and energization. The role is based in Miami with occasional project-site travel.

Owns the engineering scope for major data center projects from design development through commissioning and turnover. Leads mechanical, electrical, controls, and shared design disciplines; establishes technical baselines; resolves cross-discipline issues; manages stage-gate design reviews and vendor submittals; supports construction RFIs and field changes; ensures commissioning readiness; and develops project engineering teams.

Manages execution of data center construction projects across internal teams, EPC partners, consultants, vendors, engineering, supply chain, construction, and commissioning. Maintains operating cadence, action and decision logs, schedules, risks, changes, cost and progress validation, stakeholder reporting, vendor coordination, and turnover documentation. Requires significant site presence during peak construction and commissioning, with travel as needed.

Owns project risk and change management for data center construction programs. Maintains quantified risk registers, assigns mitigation ownership, controls change orders across contractors and vendors, evaluates pricing and contractual entitlement, supports negotiations, monitors claims documentation, and integrates risk and pending-change exposure into cost forecasts. The role also establishes program-wide risk and change processes, templates, approval thresholds, and lessons learned.

Support procure-to-pay lifecycle, issue and track purchase orders, coordinate supplier expediting and logistics, monitor deliveries and payment milestones, maintain purchasing records, and improve P2P workflows and reporting to reduce risk and improve material availability for capital projects.

Provides transactional legal support for data center and energy infrastructure development, including site control, land acquisitions, easements, purchase agreements, construction and procurement contracts, interconnection agreements, leases, and project finance transactions. Coordinates due diligence involving titles, surveys, environmental reports, and zoning analyses while managing outside counsel and cross-functional stakeholders through closing.

Provide legal drafting, diligence, and oversight for energy and infrastructure projects: negotiate interconnection, transmission, and power agreements; conduct power-related due diligence for acquisitions; manage energy-related financing deliverables and lender covenants; mitigate regulatory and operational risks; and direct outside counsel.

The Chief of Staff will assist the CEO by executing growth initiatives, managing projects, and fostering cross-departmental alignment in a dynamic environment.

First-pass review and drafting of NDAs, vendor, SaaS, and services agreements; manage contract intake/workflows, maintain templates and clause library, coordinate executions and handoffs, track renewals, and support lightweight automation to improve contracting efficiency.

Supports post-turnover operational stabilization through alarm tuning, setpoint refinement, and troubleshooting, while incorporating operational lessons into future mechanical design standards.

Leads Hut 8’s cybersecurity program across corporate IT, mining operations, data centers, cloud, and AI environments. Owns security strategy, architecture, governance, compliance, identity management, security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, vendor relationships, budgeting, awareness programs, and team development. Partners with technology leaders to embed security throughout platforms and infrastructure while building internal cybersecurity capabilities.

Lead full-cycle talent acquisition for energy, power, and infrastructure roles: build proactive pipelines, partner with senior leaders, map market intelligence, manage candidate experience through offer, and scale hiring for growth.

Lead financing and capital-markets strategy for infrastructure growth. Manage transactions end-to-end, build lender/investor relationships, develop analytical frameworks for capital decisions, support board and investment committee materials, mentor junior team members, and coordinate cross-functional execution and documentation.
