Lead deployment, commissioning, validation, optimization, and production support for large-scale AI and HPC network fabrics. Configure Ethernet and InfiniBand networks, RDMA/RoCE, routing, switching, telemetry, and automation. The role requires hands-on network and systems operations experience, OpenStack or private-cloud expertise, and travel to data centers for commissioning and troubleshooting.

Lead the integration and production readiness of large-scale GPU clusters, including bare-metal provisioning, Linux and GPU configuration, Kubernetes and Slurm validation, performance benchmarking, acceptance testing, and Tier 3 operational support. Diagnose hardware, firmware, driver, networking, and distributed workload issues; optimize cluster reliability and performance; lead root-cause analysis, vendor escalations, upgrades, automation, documentation, and customer handoff activities.

Owns controls expertise for data center construction, including operability design reviews, vendor QA/QC, construction verification, commissioning, turnover readiness, and operator training. Reviews BMS, EPMS, SCADA, PLC, cooling, generator, UPS, and switchgear controls; validates sequences, alarms, failover, networking, documentation, backups, and system performance. Provides operational feedback to improve controls standards across the portfolio.

Leads controls expertise for data center construction, including design reviews, vendor oversight, QA/QC, construction verification, commissioning, turnover readiness, and operator training. Evaluates BMS, EPMS, SCADA, PLC, mechanical, electrical, and life-safety controls for operability, fail-safe behavior, alarms, networking, and maintainability. Verifies testing, documentation, backups, configuration files, and issue closure while contributing lessons learned to controls standards across the portfolio.

Owns enterprise cybersecurity strategy, architecture, governance, risk, compliance, incident response, security operations, identity governance, vendor management, and security team development. Advises executives and the board, establishes control frameworks, leads material incidents, protects cloud, corporate IT, mining, data center, OT, and AI environments, and builds a scalable internal security capability.

Leads cybersecurity architecture and implementation across corporate IT, cloud, data centers, mining operations, OT, and AI environments. Designs security standards and controls, oversees IAM, monitoring, EDR, vulnerability management, incident response, application and data security, and supports governance, risk, compliance, audits, and third-party assessments. Partners cross-functionally to secure platforms and integrations, validates control effectiveness, develops operational documentation, and mentors technical stakeholders.

Own end-to-end mechanical design for mission-critical facilities, including chilled-water plants, air-cooled and liquid-cooling systems, piping, and fire protection. Serve as Engineer of Record, produce calculations and construction documents, and support construction and commissioning. Evaluate cost and constructability, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and resolve field issues. The role requires an active PE license and 7+ years of relevant experience, with data center, modeling, controls, and multi-site delivery experience preferred.

Leads FP&A activities for assigned business units, including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, performance reporting, workforce and capital planning, financial modeling, and executive-ready analysis. Partners with business leaders, Accounting, People Ops, Treasury, BI, and IT to challenge assumptions, reconcile data, manage planning processes, and communicate risks, opportunities, and recommendations. Uses Vena, NetSuite, Excel, and BI tools to support controlled financial planning and reporting.

Owns financial planning and analysis for a large-scale development portfolio, including budgets, forecasts, cost estimates, project controls, estimate-to-actual analysis, dashboards, scenario modeling, capital reporting, and business partnership. The role supports Corporate Development and Energy Origination, reconciles PMIS and ERP data, improves reporting processes, and uses AI tools to automate analysis. It is based in Miami and requires approximately 10% travel to project sites.

Provides operational support to the technology leader across software engineering, data science, IT, networking, and cybersecurity. Coordinates intake, cross-functional initiatives, reporting, roadmap and portfolio planning, governance, audits, risks, dependencies, and executive communications.
