Own end-to-end mechanical design for mission-critical facilities, including chilled-water plants, air-cooled and liquid-cooling systems, piping, and fire protection. Serve as Engineer of Record, produce calculations and construction documents, and support construction and commissioning. Evaluate cost and constructability, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and resolve field issues. The role requires an active PE license and 7+ years of relevant experience, with data center, modeling, controls, and multi-site delivery experience preferred.

Own the master construction schedule from pursuit through closeout using Primavera P6. Build WBS, logic, calendars, constraints, and critical path; perform schedule health checks; interpret multidisciplinary drawings; integrate procurement, utility, and permitting dependencies; identify slippage; and develop recovery plans. The role supports large industrial, mission-critical, and hyperscale data center projects and may involve delay analysis, claims support, schedule risk analysis, and BIM 4D planning.

Leads FP&A activities for assigned business units, including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, performance reporting, workforce and capital planning, financial modeling, and executive-ready analysis. Partners with business leaders, Accounting, People Ops, Treasury, BI, and IT to challenge assumptions, reconcile data, manage planning processes, and communicate risks, opportunities, and recommendations. Uses Vena, NetSuite, Excel, and BI tools to support controlled financial planning and reporting.
