Provide administrative and office management support at a remote data center: scheduling, visitor/contractor access, documentation, security/access control, event logistics, expense tracking, safety collaboration, and coordination with facilities, IT, and data center teams.

Provide clerical and administrative support to the EPC team: manage project documentation, coordinate logistics and meetings, maintain databases, assist procurement (POs/invoices), prepare materials, and support project schedules and deadlines.

Build and maintain the integrated Primavera P6 schedule for a data center build; run progress cycles with field walkdowns; analyze critical and near-critical paths and model recovery scenarios; integrate and audit contractor/vendor schedules; develop commissioning schedules; and produce decision-driving schedule health reports and lookaheads.
