Lead regulatory and government affairs strategy for energy, interconnection, and incentive policies. Advocate before federal and state agencies, coordinate compliance, secure economic and tax incentives, and advise executive leadership. Build and mentor a regulatory team and collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce regulatory risk and enable data center development and investment.

Own and execute procure-to-pay lifecycle, issue and track purchase orders, expedite suppliers, coordinate logistics and deliveries for long-lead equipment, reconcile invoices, maintain auditable purchasing records, and develop P2P workflows, trackers, and dashboards. Collaborate with Engineering, Construction, Finance/AP, Legal, and Operations to minimize execution risk and ensure timely material availability for capital projects.

The Director of Tax will develop and implement strategic tax planning and compliance strategies, optimizing cash taxes and supporting business objectives across capital-intensive projects, including data centers and M&A activities.
