The Marketing Operations Manager will build scalable marketing processes, tools, workflows, calendars, and systems. Responsibilities include managing events and trade shows, training and continuing-education programs, samples and visual assets, purchasing contracts, vendors, budgets, compliance calendars, and administrative support. The role coordinates cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Finance, IT, Manufacturing, and other departments while improving dealer and customer experiences. It requires strong project management, stakeholder collaboration, process development, and operational leadership.

Manages dealer accounts across North America by preparing technical product quotations, interpreting architectural and AutoCAD drawings, pricing customized configurations, and supporting sales opportunities. Collaborates with drafting, engineering, marketing, purchasing, and scheduling teams; trains dealers on sales and order-processing tools; follows up on quotes; and provides market feedback. The role requires sales experience, strong organization and communication, construction knowledge, and the ability to interpret specifications and identify upselling opportunities.

The Vice President of Marketing will lead the marketing strategy, focusing on growth through data-driven initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include developing a strategic roadmap, defining market positioning, managing product launches, and enhancing customer experience to achieve revenue goals.

Create seating design and installation drawing packages from architectural documents, produce BOMs, coordinate reviews and changes, perform site visits, and manage multiple large stadium and arena projects using CAD tools while supporting engineering and production.

Manage multiple large-scale seating projects from post-sale through installation, coordinating Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and installers. Maintain schedules, budgets, subcontracting, safety, and customer communications to meet contractual completion dates, profit margins, and quality standards. Support pre-bid evaluations and cost estimating.
