Serve as primary post-sale project coordinator for dealer orders, guiding projects from order entry through manufacturing, installation, and warranty. Communicate with dealers and internal teams, assist with product/design questions, negotiate change orders/backcharges, resolve installation issues, and support continuous improvement while managing multiple concurrent projects.

Draft seating layouts and create 2D CAD submittal, manufacturing, and installation drawings for fixed chair and telescopic platform seating. Ensure compliance with building codes, coordinate with customer service, project managers, and applications engineering, schedule materials/parts, assist with testing, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

The Vice President of Marketing will lead the marketing strategy, focusing on growth through data-driven initiatives and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include developing a strategic roadmap, defining market positioning, managing product launches, and enhancing customer experience to achieve revenue goals.

Create seating design and installation drawing packages from architectural documents, produce BOMs, coordinate reviews and changes, perform site visits, and manage multiple large stadium and arena projects using CAD tools while supporting engineering and production.

Build and maintain tooling and fixtures to support production, perform die maintenance, assist tooling/design engineers, install pneumatic and electrical components, troubleshoot fixturing, and support manufacturing and quality teams while following safety and quality standards.

Operate the wet paint line: load/unload parts, paint, assemble, pack and palletize finished product. Perform quality checks, maintain counts/inventory, follow 6S and safety procedures, use basic hand/measuring tools, read engineering prints, and use ERP systems (IFS preferred). Meet physical requirements including lifting and extended standing.
