Supports accounting operations through monthly journal entries, daily cash entries, account reconciliations, billing and accounts payable processing, tax and audit support, and SOX compliance activities. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, analytical ability, attention to detail, organization, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. A bachelor’s degree and public accounting experience are required, while three years of experience is preferred.

Processes payroll, invoices, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial records onsite at Boston Logan International Airport. Ensures payroll tax and wage compliance, resolves discrepancies, supports audits and reporting, responds to employee and client inquiries, and maintains confidential information. Requires at least three years of payroll experience and hands-on Paycom experience. Billing, accounting software, Excel proficiency, and strong organizational and analytical skills are required; bilingual English and Spanish fluency is preferred.

Supervises airport passenger assistance and wheelchair-service operations, leads and trains employees, manages staffing and scheduling, ensures payroll and personnel documentation accuracy, maintains compliance with airport and safety requirements, communicates with airline and airport stakeholders, investigates incidents and customer concerns, and supports employee performance management.
