Provides recruiting and HR administrative support across multiple locations, including job postings, applicant screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, offers, background checks, onboarding, I-9 and E-Verify documentation, HRIS data entry, employee records, recruiting metrics, events, and general HR projects.

Leads the accounting organization across multiple locations, overseeing financial reporting, accounting operations, close processes, GAAP compliance, audits, working capital, budgeting, and strategic planning. Partners with executives and operational leaders, develops KPIs and dashboards, improves financial systems and processes, supports mergers and acquisitions, and builds high-performing accounting teams.

Supports dealership accounts receivable operations by making collection calls, processing credit applications and payments, setting up customer accounts, posting warranty and financial transactions, maintaining tax documentation and account records, and verifying invoices, statements, and payments.

Process and code invoices, post transactions to the general ledger, prepare bi-weekly check runs, review approvals and sales tax, resolve vendor and purchase order discrepancies, maintain financial records, and support accounting operations. The role collaborates with branches, suppliers, and internal departments, provides reception backup, and assists with intercompany travel or special projects.

Leads the Accounts Payable team and oversees payment operations, vendor relationships, AP aging, reporting, integrations, automation, KPI tracking, compliance, and process improvement. The manager develops employees, resolves vendor disputes, monitors portfolio risks, collaborates with finance leadership, and supports organizational financial goals while enforcing workplace safety policies.
