Recruits technical talent, particularly diesel technicians, by developing sourcing strategies, screening and interviewing candidates, managing pipelines, partnering with hiring managers, attending career fairs, and building relationships with technical schools and industry networks. The role also maintains recruiting communications, supports job postings, represents the company at outreach events, and requires approximately 70% travel throughout the assigned territory.

Supports dealership accounts receivable operations by making collection calls, processing credit applications and payments, setting up customer accounts, posting warranty and financial transactions, maintaining tax documentation and account records, and verifying invoices, statements, and payments.

Process and code invoices, post transactions to the general ledger, prepare bi-weekly check runs, review approvals and sales tax, resolve vendor and purchase order discrepancies, maintain financial records, and support accounting operations. The role collaborates with branches, suppliers, and internal departments, provides reception backup, and assists with intercompany travel or special projects.

Participate in a structured dealership management trainee program rotating through parts, service, truck sales, leasing, finance, and corporate departments. Build operational, customer service, leadership, problem-solving, and project execution skills while developing relationships with managers, customers, and vendors. Attend training and industry events, obtain a CDL, complete reviews and presentations, and accept a dealership placement after successful program completion.

Leads the Accounts Payable team and oversees payment operations, vendor relationships, AP aging, reporting, integrations, automation, KPI tracking, compliance, and process improvement.
