Participate in a structured dealership development program rotating through Parts, Service, Truck Sales, Leasing, Finance, and Corporate departments. Gain hands-on operational experience, build relationships with customers and vendors, attend training, obtain a CDL, and develop leadership, problem-solving, presentation, and project execution skills. Successful completion leads to placement within the dealership network.

Provides recruiting and HR administrative support across multiple locations, including job postings, applicant screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, offers, background checks, onboarding, I-9 and E-Verify documentation, HRIS data entry, employee records, recruiting metrics, events, and general HR projects.

Leads the accounting organization across multiple locations, overseeing financial reporting, accounting operations, close processes, GAAP compliance, audits, working capital, budgeting, and strategic planning. Partners with executives and operational leaders, develops KPIs and dashboards, improves financial systems and processes, supports mergers and acquisitions, and builds high-performing accounting teams.
