Provides financial leadership for multiple business units, owning financial models, dashboards, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Manages the Learning and Development team and oversees organization-wide learning strategy, training design, delivery, evaluation, and curriculum updates. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, performance management, project planning, and ensuring effective virtual and in-person training across the organization.

Coordinates the customer loyalty program by processing purchase and return data, calculating and posting reward points, auditing transactions, maintaining member records, tracking reporting deadlines, supporting promotional processes, and responding to member and distributor inquiries. Provides customer service, resolves account issues, maintains audit trails, and communicates program status and discrepancies to management and sales teams.

Leads architecture, development, and operation of Python-based AWS backend and IoT cloud services. Designs Lambda microservices, REST APIs, event-driven workflows, telemetry pipelines, data models, and AWS IoT Core integrations. Provides hands-on technical leadership through coding, design and code reviews, mentoring, planning, and standards development. Ensures security, scalability, observability, CI/CD, production readiness, incident response, and cross-functional alignment across firmware, mobile, QA, DevOps, Product, and Security teams.

Develop and maintain full-stack Drupal websites and web applications using PHP, Twig, JavaScript, CSS/SCSS, and MySQL. Build custom modules and themes, integrate APIs, manage multilingual content, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, SEO, accessibility, and privacy, and convert wireframes into functional pages. Collaborate with marketing, engineering, product managers, project managers, and creatives while conducting peer reviews and leveraging AI-assisted development tools.

Supports IT demand intake, portfolio governance, reporting, data integrity, value realization tracking, capacity planning, and vendor management. Partners with business and IT stakeholders to qualify requests, clarify requirements, document governance decisions, maintain portfolio tools and dashboards, and improve processes. Also assists with financial views, service catalog maintenance, AI initiative tracking, and executive reporting.

Develop and maintain automated test frameworks, scripts, and UI tools for smart irrigation controller products. Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing; validate firmware interactions, telemetry, and synchronization; track defects; analyze quality metrics; prepare release reports; and improve QA standards, automation usability, and documentation across cross-functional teams.

Designs, prototypes, tests, and validates low-power electronic hardware using analog and digital circuits. Responsibilities include schematic capture, component selection, BOM preparation, board bring-up, PCB layout support, PCBA prototype coordination, electromechanical component testing, production-line root-cause analysis, quality inspections, and supplier coordination. The role also conducts independent research and develops solutions to improve existing electronic products.

Ensures Hunter products comply with applicable regulations and standards by reviewing requirements, administering certification programs, coordinating with testing agencies, preparing compliance declarations, supporting certification testing, and monitoring regulatory trends. The role also advises Marketing, Sales, and engineering teams on certifications and requires 10%–20% travel to compliance test laboratories, customer sites, suppliers, and trade shows.

Leads global HR operations, shared services, HR technology, people analytics, governance, compliance, and service delivery. Develops HR technology and workforce strategies, standardizes processes, drives automation and digital transformation, oversees HCM systems and analytics, ensures employment-law compliance, and partners with HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and business leaders. Manages cross-functional initiatives and develops a high-performing HR Operations and Technology team across complex manufacturing and corporate environments.

Ensures current and future products meet applicable safety, electrical, manufacturing, environmental, and international regulations. Manages certification programs, coordinates with third-party certifying agencies, maintains compliance documentation, issues declarations, tracks regulatory changes, and supports engineering, Marketing, and Sales. Develops certification testing, troubleshoots mechanical and electrical compliance issues, performs product risk assessments, and travels to test sites, suppliers, customers, and trade shows.

Develops and improves manufacturing processes for electrical and electromechanical products. Resolves quality and availability issues, supports new product introduction, applies Lean and Six Sigma methods, maintains capacity models, leads cost reduction initiatives, develops BOMs and test procedures, and supports failure analysis. Collaborates across departments, suppliers, and engineering teams to improve production efficiency, quality, yield, and product availability.

Manages enterprise-wide talent programs, including performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, and skills initiatives. Leads the Talent Programs team, partners with HR stakeholders and HRIS, drives change management and adoption, and uses analytics to measure program effectiveness. The role requires strong business partnering, employment law knowledge, communication, training, and project management skills.

Manages regional sales activities across the South Central US, including account development, agency and specifier relationships, sales forecasting, promotional strategies, project tracking, product training, market analysis, budgeting, and revenue growth. Provides technical product support for lighting systems and controls, mentors team members, attends industry events, and collaborates with sales leadership. Extensive domestic and international travel is required.

Designs, develops, and optimizes enterprise data pipelines and platforms using Snowflake, integrating Oracle Fusion, on-premises databases, and cloud applications. Applies data quality, governance, security, and performance practices while supporting Power BI, AI, and machine learning use cases. Partners with business and technical stakeholders, leads data migrations, translates requirements into sustainable solutions, mentors junior engineers, and guides engineering standards.
