Lead Engineering, GIS, and Planning teams to produce fiber‑optic plant designs; ensure compliance with NESC, municipal and ROW requirements; manage work orders, budgets, joint‑use agreements, hiring, training, QA/QC, process improvements, and coordination with Construction, Finance, and external stakeholders.

Lead Engineering, GIS, and Planning teams for fiber-optic plant design. Set performance standards, manage OSP work orders and permitting, oversee budgets and resource allocation, coordinate joint-use and ROW negotiations, drive process improvements and QA/QC, hire and coach staff, and represent the company regionally.

Perform fusion and mechanical splices on singlemode and multimode fiber, terminate SC/LC/APC connectors, install and test closures, troubleshoot and audit plant, maintain splicing records and fiber asset inventory, and produce detailed field reports. Work outdoors, on-call, and perform overtime and night shifts as needed.

Manage and enhance the company Salesforce environment with Apex development, support system rollouts with installation teams, and build ETL integrations (Airflow/Python). Contribute to data validation, APIs, SQL/SOQL integrations, and infrastructure tasks (Kubernetes, VMs, Unix).

Lead accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, audit support, and internal controls. Manage Accounts Payable and develop the accounting team while driving process improvements and automation to support company growth.

Lead hands-on network engineering for a carrier-grade ISP: perform POP/cabinet and data center upgrades, design and maintain Juniper core and edge networks, manage BGP/OSPF/MPLS/VPNs, provide Tier 3 NOC support, and lead projects with stakeholders to ensure plans, budgets, and schedules are met.

Design and plan fiber routes, prepare project documents and cost estimates, manage permitting and traffic control, coordinate construction and project delivery, produce CAD permitting documents, assist GIS with as-builts, and support emergency locates on-call.
