Identifies and develops new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, social media, and community relationships. Negotiates pricing and promotions, meets sales goals, manages existing accounts, renews contracts, upsells services, maintains sales forecasts and customer data, and presents tailored solutions. Collaborates with internal teams to support customer installations and participates in training and continuous professional development.

Leads hands-on network, POP, cabinet, and data center upgrades involving routing, switching, environmental, and power systems. Manages network projects, budgets, schedules, and stakeholders; troubleshoots OSI Layer 1–7 issues; configures switches, routers, and firewalls; supports BGP, Juniper core networking, MPLS, VPNs, OSPF, QoS, and optical networking; and provides Tier 3 NOC support.

Lead Engineering, GIS, and Planning teams to produce fiber‑optic plant designs; ensure compliance with NESC, municipal and ROW requirements; manage work orders, budgets, joint‑use agreements, hiring, training, QA/QC, process improvements, and coordination with Construction, Finance, and external stakeholders.
